This two-story home at Sonoma Resort in Kissimmee covers 4,500 square feet and sleeps 20 across seven bedrooms and 6.5 baths, set up for a large group that wants to stay together without feeling crowded. Six of the bedrooms are suites, and one of the two master suites sits on the ground floor, so anyone who prefers to skip the stairs has a King bed and a full bathroom on the same level as the kitchen and the pool. Kids get two themed bedrooms, Mickey and Minions, and the ground-floor game room gathers the group around a poker table and a shuffleboard table. Living, dining and kitchen share one open space with a large square dining table, and the sliding glass doors lead to the covered patio and the screened private pool with spa, where the day winds down once the parks close.

About the Resort

Sonoma Resort offers a clubhouse, cabanas and a resort-style pool. The resort gym is not available to guests of this home.

You have exclusive use of the entire home: the seven bedrooms, the six full bathrooms, all of them inside the suites, and the half bathroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry, game room and the backyard with the private pool, spa, covered patio and grill. Parking is on the driveway in front of the house. Sonoma Resort offers a clubhouse, cabanas and a resort-style pool; the resort gym is not available to guests of this home. There is an exterior security camera at the front entrance.

Our team is based in Orlando, not managing your stay from another time zone, and is reachable 24/7 by message and phone, with support in several languages. We answer questions about the house, the resort gate, park tickets, dining and transportation, and we sort out the things that do not follow the plan, such as a flight that lands after midnight or a payment that needs another route.

During your stay the whole house belongs to your group. Access instructions are sent before check-in at 4 pm, so you can drive straight to the house with no front desk to stop at. Pool and spa heating or a propane tank for the grill are requested through the booking conversation, with the advance notice given in the description, and check-out is at 10 am.

Sonoma Resort is in Kissimmee, in the Disney area, with residential streets of two-story homes, lawns and palm trees. The home is a couple of minutes from The Loop, a shopping center with stores, restaurants, bars and a movie theater, and close to the major highways that lead to the theme parks, malls and outlets.

A rental car is the practical way to get around, and the house has parking on its own driveway. The resort is close to the major highways that link Kissimmee to the theme parks, malls and outlets, and rideshare services operate in the area for the days when nobody wants to drive.
