POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Our pool heater is 30 US dollars + tax per day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your check in.
The pool heater needs to stay on for the length of your reservation or for a minimum of 5 days in a row.
Please note: the spa only warms up if the pool heater is on (if applicable).
The hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and the temperature is set between 82° to 88° F (times and temperature may vary according to the time of the year).
The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating from September to May.
Please inform us if you would like to add the service during your stay. For Airbnb guests, we will need to send a payment request once your booking is confirmed.

BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
50 US dollars + tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchanging propane.
It covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.

LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning prices vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes towels and bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning amount that you are paying for your house. 
We also offer Mid Stay Cleaning that doesn't include towels and bed linens wash and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning amount. 
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.

LAUNDRY:
We are offering our guests a professional laundry service delivered to the house.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom rug, kitchen towel and pool towels are available for all guests.
Please note: The number of towels is according to the house capacity, there are no extra sets and guests can use the washer and dryer that are inside of the house.
We do not provide washcloths.

*****ATTENTION: For guests who wish to use the amenities at the community's clubhouse, the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in. The fee is 35 US dollars for 1-12 guests or 45 US dollars for 13+ guests. The primary person will need to provide their reservation information which shows:
• The rental property address.
• Check in and check out date.
• Number of guests.
• Identification that matches the reservation name.
• License plate information for the primary vehicle.
The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access. It will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time payment per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access to gain access to the pool the next day.

GARBAGE:
Trash is collected daily in the community. Please place your BAGGED trash in the bench bin located in front of the house, there is no recycling. For excess garbage please take to the nearest dumpster in the community.

ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 3 days prior to your check in to your email address on file.
You will go straight to the house and use an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.

***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras outside by the front door and outside by the back screen door near the pool machines.

After you've booked your home, kindly inform us if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental.
When the reservation is complete, you will you receive an email requesting an electronically signature for our rental agreement. Please look at your junk mail to find it (Airbnb guests don't receive this email).

PARKING:
• Street parking is not allowed except within the designated, marked spaces along the curb. All guests must have the parking passes properly displayed.
• Owners, residents, and guests shall first fully utilize the garage for parking of vehicles and once the garage is full, the driveway shall be fully utilized as the second option.
• Each townhome has two designated parking spaces with the unit number clearly marked on the stall. Vehicles improperly parked in a space marked for another unit are subject to immediate towing by the owner.
• Parking in common area parking spaces (not including the clubhouse/amenity center) shall be on a first come/first serve basis. However, vehicles shall not be parked in the same space for more than three (3) consecutive days or may be subject to towing.
• No parking at the clubhouse is allowed after 11pm. Violators are subject to immediate towing.
• No parking in fire lanes (marked or unmarked).
• No more than five (5) vehicles permitted per home.
• Areas where parking is restricted or signed for other purposes.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.

PARKING:
No trailers, RVs, golf cars are allowed to park in the community or the driveway of the homes.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid Stay Cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional amount.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after check out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee or cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.

I didn't give it 5 stars as there were some issues. The pool had a problem and maintenance did come fix it. The Avenger room didn't have an over head light and only one sheet was on the bed. There wasn't a blind on the doorwall so little privacy on the first floor from the back yard.

We had a fabulous stay in this Magical Home. The decor was modern and up-to-date. Each room has its own private bathroom and roku-ready television. It was equipped with plenty of extras, such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, 2 tide pods, 2 cascade pods, towels, swim towels, dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee pot, and many of those little things you tend to forget about. The outdoor area was perfect for a morning coffee at the table. The pool was warm and large enough for several people to swim. The gararge nicely fit two cards. The host was communicative and helpful with my questions about parking. Everyone loved this house and staying here. As a note, we are familiar with the resort, so we know that it can take an hour to get to Universal, but people should plan accordingly for traffic conditions as the roads infrastructure to Solterra is not the best. However, this did not hinder our experience in the slightest!We would not hesitate to stay in this home again!

Comfortable House good location

The house was fine with each bedroom having its own bathroom made life easier. The description of hot tub and pool was a bit misleading in order to heat the hot tub you required to heat the pool as well with a significant daily up charge if you wanted to use the hot tub. Some minor issues with the door alarm and barbecue none of which spoiled our overall enjoyment of the house.

This house is just wonderful! Solterra resort is beautiful, close to everything, the house is very well maintained, the space inside the house is perfect for large groups. We enjoyed every moment of our time there and cannot wait to return! Cannot recommend it enough!

Great couples stay for us.

This is the perfect home for staying with lots of people. We were two couples who wanted king beds and a pool and spa for a relaxing vacation. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was nice having our own full bathroom for every room. The theme rooms are pretty cool. The house was very clean and was stocked accurate to the listing, so you will need to bring extras for your stay or buy them when you are there if you are heavy/many users of the toilet paper and soaps for washing dishes and clothes. Yes, the home has the minor issues of "not" perfect with some carpet stains and marks on the walls, but considering the way some renters treat vacation homes, it was more than acceptable. We did have one issue with the pool heating - it was set at 102F for the entire pool, not just the hot tub. It took a couple days to resolve but they were very responsive when we reached out to let them know. All in all, we will rent this home again and use the same Magic Vacation Homes, they were great (and friendly) when answering my questions and very responsive when I needed them. Two thumbs up from all the vacationers in the party.

Beautiful Home

The home was lovely, clean, and updated (and zero FL bugs). It is a safe neighborhood and close to all amenities and parks. I highly recommend this home. The themed rooms were spectacular. All bedrooms had their own bathrooms! You will need to bring extra supplies such a trash bags, laundry dishwasher soap, and washcloths which is normal. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home!

PROS:The home was PERFECT. It was lovely. Comfortable, cute, spacious. Close to Disney and water parks. CONS:The management company wasn’t the easiest to contact. Email only. If you need the grill make sure you book it ahead of time or you won’t get it. Same with heating pool even though we didn’t heat pool. No baby gates for stairs. We were told to go buy one at Walmart. No salt/pepper…Nothing! (one toilet paper each bathroom, one paper towel, one garbage bag, two dishwasher /washer pods. It was very expensive getting condiments, paper goods, trash bags. Then you have to throw it all away what’s not used. If driving buy/bring as much as you can. If flying bring lots of extra money. Beds were not the best but have had worse. Sliding glass windows were smugly, not clean. So add cleansing supplies to the grocery list if stuff like that bothers you. All in all, I would stay here again. The home itself is beautifully decorated and we had a wonderful time.

Overall the house was perfect for our needs. We had no issues that came up even though we checked in right ahead of the hurricane. I would have liked to have had ceiling fans in the bedrooms as the rooms tended to stay a little on the warm side. Other than that the house was very well stocked and mostly clean.
