Important Information for Your Stay

Pool & Spa Heating

Pool and spa heating is available for an additional charge, plus applicable tax, with a minimum booking of three consecutive days.

Please request heating in advance, as the system may require 24–48 hours to reach its optimal temperature.

Pool temperatures and heating performance can be affected by weather conditions, particularly during cooler months. Heating performance cannot be guaranteed in all conditions.

Any refunds relating to heating issues will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

Parking

Guests may park in permitted driveway spaces and designated resort parking areas, subject to posted restrictions.

Please do not block sidewalks or driveways, park on grass or use unauthorized parking spaces. Vehicles parked in violation of resort regulations may be towed.

Trash Collection

Trash is collected daily. Please place all household waste securely inside trash bags and deposit them in the designated trash bench near the front entrance.

Unbagged trash will not be collected.

To ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, please observe the following:

No smoking inside the property.

No pets permitted.

No parties or events.

Maximum occupancy of 12 guests.

Air conditioning must not be set below 72°F.

Keep windows and exterior doors closed while air conditioning is operating.

Please do not remove furnishings or household inventory.

Report accidental damage promptly to our management team.

Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool and hot tub.

Swimming Pool Safety: Use of the swimming pool and surrounding areas involves inherent risks. Guests are responsible for supervising children and other members of their party and must comply with the pool safety requirements and applicable rental agreement.
