The home features a private pool, ideal for recharging, enjoying family time, or simply making the most of the Florida weather. Pool heating is available as an optional service, and the BBQ grill can also be requested for guests who would like to prepare outdoor meals during their stay.

Inside, the home was designed to offer comfort and functionality. Guests will find Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a full laundry area, and a parking space in front of the house. The bedroom setup comfortably accommodates families, couples, and children, with two King bedrooms, one Queen bedroom, and two bedrooms with Twin beds.

House Rules:

Parties and events are not allowed.
The maximum occupancy of 10 guests must be respected throughout the entire stay.

Other Details:
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of US$50 per pet, with a maximum of 3 pets up to 15 kg each.
Pool heating is available for US$35 per day plus taxes, with a minimum of 3 days.
BBQ grill use is available for US$85 per stay plus taxes.
