This two-story home at Villa Domani in Davenport covers 2,310 square feet and sleeps 14 across five bedrooms and 4.5 baths, and the backyard ends at a fence facing the lake. That is where the private pool sits, with lounge chairs on the deck and a covered patio with a dining table and a gas grill for the late afternoon after the parks. Four bedrooms are themed: Winnie the Pooh, on the ground floor, opens straight onto the pool deck; upstairs are The Lion King, Lady and the Tramp and Mickey, the last two with Full over Full bunk beds set up for the kids. Three bedrooms are King suites, one of them on the ground floor with no stairs to climb. Living, dining and kitchen share one open space with an 82-inch TV, and the upstairs loft becomes the corner for the Xbox and the board games. The home has a washer and dryer, so you can pack lighter.

You have exclusive use of the entire home: the five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and half bathroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, loft, washer and dryer, and the backyard with the private pool, covered patio and grill. Parking is outdoors, in front of the house. The shared areas of Villa Domani are also open to you: the clubhouse with fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, lounge and business center. There is no child-safety barrier between the house and the pool and no pool alarm (the iron fence only encloses the yard), so children need an adult nearby. There is an exterior security camera at the front entrance.

Our team is based in Orlando, not managing your stay from another time zone, and is reachable 24/7 by message and phone, with support in several languages. We answer questions about the house, the resort gate, park tickets, dining and transportation, and we sort out the things that do not follow the plan, such as a flight that lands after midnight or a payment that needs another route.

During your stay the whole house belongs to your group. Access instructions are sent before check-in at 4 pm, so you can drive straight to the house with no front desk to stop at. Pool heating or a propane tank for the grill are requested through the booking conversation, with the advance notice given in the description, and check-out is at 10 am.

Villa Domani is in Davenport, in the Disney area: a boutique condominium of two-story contemporary homes with lakes around it. Walt Disney World is about 10 miles away, and Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are in the same region. For a beach day, the Tampa and St. Petersburg area is about a one-hour drive west on I-4, close to Clearwater Beach.

A rental car is the practical way to get around, and outdoor parking is right in front of the house. From Davenport, I-4 leads to the Disney and Universal park entrances and, heading west, to Tampa. Rideshare services operate in the area for the days when nobody wants to drive.
