📋 House Rules & Guest Information

Parking & Driveway Rules: Private driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles (the garage is converted to the games room). No overnight street parking is permitted per neighborhood guidelines.

Security & Entry: Ring security cameras are stationed at the front entrance and above the garage area for guest safety.

Child Gear & Sleeping Setup: Maximum occupancy 12 guests. A Pack 'N Play, highchair, and stroller are available on-site (no full-size baby crib provided).

Trash & Recycling Responsibilities: Guests manage waste disposal during their stay. All garbage must be securely tied in bags before placing in side bins:

General Waste Collection: Monday & Thursday mornings (curbside placement on Sunday & Wednesday evenings).

Recycling Collection: Monday mornings (paper, cardboard, plastics, tin — strictly NO GLASS).

HOA Rule: Return bins to the side of the home immediately following collection to prevent municipal and HOA fines.

Starter kit : We supply an initial starter kit to cover your arrival night 1 toilet paper roll and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and 1 laundry detergent pod). Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for longer stays.

Community Guidelines: Quiet hours run strictly from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No parties, events, smoking/vaping/cannabis anywhere on property, or EV charging from domestic outlets. Primary guest booking age must average 25+.
