Our beautiful bright large 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Florida villa is located in the private, up-market gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven. This home also has an extended pool deck for all day sun, and also has a spacious covered lanai for alfresco dining and poolside entertaining.

The pool is protected from the home by an alarm system, but in addition we can place a physical safety fence, for your extra piece of mind.

We have been busy refurbishing our villa during the Winter and have a beautiful new krypton paint job on the outside of our home along with a freshly painted pool deck.
We have painted on the inside too! Downstairs we have new paintwork in the living areas and bedrooms, we have installed new TVs, beds, gleaming new Kitchen Appliances, new furniture and furnishings, this winter, we have added new flooring too!

We’re just minutes from the prestigious Champions Gate area offering excellent dining and shopping opportunities.
Including a large Publix supermarket, shops, several restaurants offering a choice of cuisine and the 5* Omni Hotel with 5 restaurants.

Champions Gate is equally famous for its two Championship Golf courses (designed by Greg Norman, Arnold Palmer & Tom Watson).

Disney is around 15 miles away, with Universal Studios and SeaWorld just a little further. Making the location of the villa ideal for you to enjoy all this exciting area has to offer.

Busch Gardens are easily reachable via Interstate 4, and the popular Legoland is just 14 miles away.

The nearest mall is Posner Park Shopping Mall with excellent shopping and dining opportunities and is just 3 miles south on Highway 27, and there are numerous other restaurants, shops, and golf courses close by.

Our well-equipped and beautifully furnished villa caters for all your holiday needs with a fully tiled living area comprising of the main family room with new sofas, a 65” wall mounted Roku TV and attached cable.

It has patio doors giving access to the covered lanai and newly painted pool deck.

The large fully fitted, well equipped kitchen encompassing all new stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with new stools and a further breakfast dining area.

There is also a cloakroom on this level.

The ground floor master bedroom has a new King-size bed, Wall mounted 55-inch television, and a large en-suite bathroom. Comprising of a large tub, large walk-in shower cubicle, and twin vanity basins and has direct sliding door access to the pool deck.

Upstairs on one side of the home is the second master bedroom with a King-size bed, we have just fitted a new mattress to make your sleep that much better!
It shares a Jack and Jill bath/shower room with an Avengers themed twin bedroom.

There are two further bedrooms, on the opposite side of the landing, again sharing Jack and Jill bath/shower room.

One with a Queen size bed and the other a themed twin princess bedroom where we have fitted new beds.

All upstairs bedrooms have flat screen televisions, and all bedrooms feature new bed linens and soft furnishings.

The upstairs foyer is equipped with a TV screen and PlayStation, which can also be used as a reading area with plenty of books to choose from.

Free local phone calls and high speed Wi-Fi access is available for those wanting to keep in contact while on holiday.

Downstairs, we feature a games room with a pool table and table tennis table, ideal for those with some energy to spare!!

Parking: There is room for two standard vehicles on the Driveway only (No Large Trucks, SUVs, Mini Bus or Commercial Vehicles), there is no on street parking allowed at any of our homes.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
