• The Seven Dwarfs Resort charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is $20. This amount is included in your reservation.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): Packages may be delivered during your stay and must be addressed directly to the home/doorstep, never to the mailbox, as we do not have access to it. Please avoid USPS, as they do not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and packages may be returned to the sender. Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended. Please schedule deliveries only while you are staying at the property. Guests are responsible for tracking and receiving their packages, and we cannot be responsible for delayed, misplaced, or unavailable deliveries.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT: When available an early check-in anytime after 10AM or late check-out up to 2PM will have a 50% of daily charge fee.
