This two-story townhouse at Encantada Resort covers 1,300 square feet and sleeps six in three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a size that suits a family that wants its own pool without rooms left empty. The ground floor is one open space: two yellow sofas facing the TV, the dining table beside the kitchen counter and a sliding glass door to the patio, so whoever is cooking stays in the conversation. Outside, the screened private pool shares the brick-paved deck with a table and umbrella, and the back of the house faces the lawn and the resort lake, which is where the day winds down once the parks close. The three bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own TV and ceiling fan, and the Twin room has movie-themed decor for the kids. A washer and dryer inside the house mean lighter suitcases on the way in and clean clothes on the way home.

Encantada Resort is a gated community built around a private lake with walking trails, and its shared areas are open to guests of this home: swimming pools and a hot tub, a sun deck by the lake, an arcade game room, a fitness center, a playground and an on-site bar.

You have exclusive use of the entire townhouse: the three bedrooms, the two full bathrooms and the half bathroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry and the screened patio with the private pool. Parking is free and outdoors, inside the resort. The shared areas of Encantada Resort are also open to you: swimming pools and hot tub, the lake with walking trails, the game room, the fitness center, the playground and the on-site bar.

Our team is based in Orlando, not managing your stay from another time zone, and is reachable 24/7 by message and phone, with support in several languages. We answer questions about the house, the resort gate, park tickets, dining and transportation, and we sort out the things that do not follow the plan, such as a flight that lands after midnight or a payment that needs another route.

During your stay the whole townhouse belongs to your group. Access instructions are sent before check-in at 4 pm, so you can drive straight to the house with no front desk to stop at. Pool heating is requested through the booking conversation, with the advance notice given in the description, and check-out is at 10 am.

Encantada Resort is a gated community in Kissimmee, on the Disney side of Orlando, with rows of two-story townhouses around a private lake that has walking trails, a gazebo on the water and a fountain. Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, International Drive, Universal Studios, Universal's Volcano Bay and the outlet malls are all reached by car from here, and the Falcon's Fire and Orange County National golf courses are in the same area.

A rental car is the practical way to get around, and parking is free and outdoors inside the resort. From the resort gate, the main roads of Kissimmee lead to the Disney and Universal park entrances and to the shopping areas, and rideshare services operate in the area for the days when nobody wants to drive.
