Room Setup

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor.

Bedroom 1: Master suite with one king-size bed and a Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Frozen-themed bedroom with two twin beds and a Smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Harry Potter-themed bedroom with one queen-size bed and a Smart TV.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire townhouse, including the private screened-in pool, outdoor area, fully equipped kitchen, living spaces, and in-home laundry facilities. The property also features a child safety pool fence.

Guests can enjoy the private screened-in pool as well as the amenities available at Encantada Resort.

Optional Extra Services

Optional services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

BBQ Grill Rental: US$60 per stay, plus 13.5% tax. Guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tank. The fee covers final cleaning and normal equipment wear and tear.

Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of two consecutive days. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approximately 35°C). Since the system uses heat-exchange technology, its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the water from reaching the desired temperature.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay, not a nightly charge. A maximum of two pets weighing up to 35 lbs each is allowed. Guests bringing pets must provide the number of pets, their weight, and breed in advance.

This is a self-catering property. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own personal toiletries, food, and any other supplies needed during their stay.

Trash Disposal

All trash must be placed in bags and taken to the nearest community dumpster, located at the end of the street on the right-hand side.

Guests are responsible for collecting the trash from the property and taking it to the community trash compactor.

House Rules

Parties and events are not permitted.

Check-in: From 4:00 PM | Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.
