The space
Warm, relaxing temperature pool. . Solar pool heating is free of charge (good from March - October)
For colder months (November-February) solar heating may be not enough and we have gas pool heating option which is 30$ per day and should be requested ahead of time . (Optional ) Waterfall working approximately (not exactly)from 11am-8pm. Cooler water temperature usually in the morning until afternoon and after 8pm in the evenings and nights. Free toiletries new propane gas grill (4 burners +1 range) is available for 100$ per stay

Step into the entryway, which guides you into a large high ceiling living room with sliding glass doors to the pool deck and easy access to the fully equipped kitchen. P
We have the most beautiful pool in mour community - beautiful tile and waterfall + beautiful plants , as well as our pool is always warm:) Extended pool deck with lots of seating , a lounge area.
The dining space is large enough for the whole family (fits 6 people)


The master suite has two double (full size) sturdy beds, huge master bathroom has walk -in shower and beautiful soaking tub, double - vanity, and walk -in closet.
On another side of the house, there are two beautiful specious bedrooms with full bathroom .
We also have safe 2 car garage (with security camera installed for your safety) and a driveway . So you can park 3 cars safely.
We also have a separate laundry room with extra large and effective washer and drier.
New Footsball table in living room for your entertainment:)

For little travelers we have new Mickey Mouse high chair and pack and play crib.
Everything included and free of charge , except of grill use and grill cleaning . We charge 100$ for using grill including grill cleaning .

Other things to note
Our place’s maximum capacity is 8 guests including visitors .
Our garage has space for two not oversized cars and a driveway that fits one car. We have security cameras outside of the front door and inside garage for your safety.
For than two weeks reservation we require paid cleaning every two weeks which will cost 100$ per cleaning .


The villa has smoke and fire sensors , please do not smoke inside home. We have safety gate near pool, please watch your kids and don’t run after swimming in tile area ( can be slippery)
Quiet hours for our community 10.30 pm - 7 am
Pool is cleaned each Friday anytime, usually around 4pm. Pool technician doesn’t enter a house just pool area.
