📝 Additional Information

This is a self-catering vacation home. We provide a complimentary starter supply of essential items to help you settle in comfortably.

The starter supplies include:

* One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
* One roll of paper towels
* Two garbage bags
* One soap and fabric softener
* One dish sponge
* One dish detergent
* A few dishwasher pods
* One shampoo
* One conditioner
* One soap per bathroom

We do not provide food, seasonings, or other groceries to avoid contamination.

Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries, groceries, and desired meals for the remainder of your stay.

🧺 Towels & Housekeeping

Wash towels are considered personal items, so we recommend that guests bring their own.

Bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels will be provided and available at the home according to the number of guests staying.

There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the property will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the home.

Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

📦 Online Purchases

If the online seller uses USPS, the package will not be delivered, as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package may be returned to the sender.

Only UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended.

In some resorts, packages may be delivered to the clubhouse and additional fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept packages.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for unexpected issues with online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

🏊 POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT

1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3. Temperature will not exceed 95°F.
4. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
5. The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, and both will have the same temperature.
6. The heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK efficiently in cold weather. If you request pool heating during cold conditions and the pool does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the equipment when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary automatic shut-off until the pump can regain efficient functionality.

*Pool heating is optional and may not be available at all times.*
