3) NOT PET FRIENDLY - In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.
4) The apartment does not have in room laundry - guests have the option to use the hotel laundry coin room available on the 2nd floor (additional fees).

This unit is owned by a private owner that is out of the hotel management program.
Housekeeping services are NOT included. No room service included.

7) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.

9) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send mail and packages to my management company's office, ask for more details. Please do not send mail or packages to the hotel.
10) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.
11) Towels and Linens must be left in the apartment. Otherwise, the missing ones will be charged from guests.
Pool towels provided by Hawthorn, guests must return the towels after use to the container in the pool area. Not allowed to bring the hotel pools to the apartment.
12) FREE SHUTTLE: Hawthorn Suites offers free shuttle service to Disney Parks, Universal Studios & Sea World! Currently, the Shuttle is free to all Guests. There is a Digital Kiosk in the Lobby that will display Shuttle information and instructions. For any questions, please contact the Front Desk.
13) Guests must provide an email in order to receive the host communication as such as the contract for signature and the check in instructions.

Strategically located near Disney parks, only 2 miles from Disney Springs, all you will want to do is spend some relaxing time in a hotel room that gives you plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some quality bonding time with your family! Enjoy the comfort of our one-bedroom suite in addition to the hotel amenities! A heated outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a game room, a fitness center, BBQ facilities, a basketball court, free wireless Internet access, free parking, laundry facilities and valet services (at a cost).
If you are visiting Orlando for business, this is also the perfect spot to stay at, the hotel is located only 5 miles from the Orlando/Orange County Convention Center.
Please be aware that only service animals that are legally registered and documented as service animals, such as seeing eye dogs, are allowed on the premises. All other pets and ESA are not allowed.
