The place has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room provides a very comfortable sofa. We also provide a playpen and high chair to host the littlest guests. The apartment offers a soothing atmosphere where you can relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding in the living area or getting ready for the day, the brilliant layout makes every moment enjoyable. Enjoy your time in Kissimmee at our apartment.
This is a very safe gated community with 24/7 guard.

The condo has a porch with seats and electric BBQ for your enjoyment.

You will have access to the Clubhouse with pool and hot tub, as well as a nice playground for your kids. It also offers a gym with pretty decent equipment.

Park on premises. No numbers assigned.
The place includes Wifi, Roku, basic cable, washer, dryer, pots, pans, utensils, anything you need to feel at home. That’s what we were going for, the feeling of being home.
Feel free to log Roku to your Netflix, Hulu, Disneyplus, etc, just please remember to log out when you leave.

There is a security camera at the main entrance. This is for your protection and ours.

Complimentary items are exactly that. We provide a lot of items for your stay, but If you require more of these items we kindly ask that you purchase your own and sufficient to last for your stay.

Additional cleaning fees will be applied to your reservation for excessive cleaning above and beyond normal use, or if you smoked in the unit, or brought your pets in. Please note that we use a professional cleaning service to maintain our home in prestige conditions.

I have a 2 year old boy who has bad asthma and is allergic to certain breeds of dog hair. Please, do not sneak dogs in.
