    We deliver a welcome starter kit to help you settle in. For any additional groceries or supplies, the nearest supermarket is just a short drive away.
    We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels for your comfort. Please bring your own washcloths, as they are not included.

    • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
    1. Cost: $75 per day.
    2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
    3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
    4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
    5. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.

    The pool heater pump has a built-in safety mechanism to prevent overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. It will temporarily shut off to recover efficiency.
    Please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions impacting the pool temperature.
    This service is optional and subject to availability.

    - Free on-site parking. Driveway available for 6 vehicles.
    - No street parking.
    - No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalk.
    - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted.
    - VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.

    • TRASH DISPOSAL
    Please dispose of the trash in the plastic bench daily to keep the home clean.

    • HOUSEKEEPING
    Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit.
    Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

    • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
    USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
    To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

    Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).

2025 Family Vacation

The entire process from booking, to checking in, consistency in communication, cleanliness everything was excellent! The property is way more beautiful in person, each age group enjoyes the home, it accommodates the needs of all ages, quiet and clean neighborhood, very secure and in close proximity to everything.

As spacious as advertised. The only down side was one night there were folks drag racing right outside the house past 11pm.

The outside landscaping is a mess with trash everywhere, I’m assuming people just rent the house out for a party one day at a time, and leave the outside covered in trash. Multiple of the video game consoles did not work, during our stay they come and fixed one of the more important consoles in a moderately reasonable timeframe (probably like 36 hrs), but multiple issues with the other built-in gaming consoles.The basketball court is not usable. The images make it look like you could shoot a normal shot in that space, but the space is actually tiny. The basketball rim is not 10 feet, probably more like 8 1/2 feet, and broken due to people hanging on it. House was clean.There was a miscommunication at the booking, where I made a request, that seemed to be approved because the money went through, but was not approved. And I was repeatedly denied any chance to talk with the owner. As a vacation rental by owner, an owner should exist, not a powerless automated phone guy. Such a person will be less responsive and less accommodating because they don’t have a vested interest in your experience. Back when owners rented their property, they wouldn’t nickel and dime you to use the hot tub or grill. They didn’t rely on algorithms to squeeze more money out of you.
