Unique Property with Great Beach Access

What a unique property! We really enjoyed our visit with three generations of our family. The location ensures the beach area next to property feels like your own private beach.

Perfect family getaway with toddlers, tween, and grandparents

This house was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and a literal paradise. We have been waiting so long to go to the beach with our 16 month old twin toddlers. This property made it so easy to take one twin up for a nap while the other stayed on the beach to play. Our 11 year old had so much fun. He was able to be free without a care in the world. The owner had everything we needed - 2 cribs, 2 high chairs, toys for our tween, kids dishes, kids cups, beach toys, chairs, etc.The pictures do not do justice to what a relaxing paradise this house was. The only only slight critique that would have made the trip a little more comfortable was the temperature of the house. It was a bit hot. However, once we started running all of the fans they had in the house, it was perfect! There were plenty of ceiling fans and baseless fans for each of the rooms. I couldn’t recommend this property more. And I wish we would have booked for 2-3 more days!

Perfect Beach Home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beach home. It had fantastic beach access, surfboards, and boogie boards for us to utilize. Jackie was a fantastic host. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

January Getaway

The property was everything you could have asked for and much more in a VRBO rental by the beach! They had everything that you would need in a vacation rental. Toys and beach chairs for all! Plenty of beach towels just a short walk to the beach! The hammocks were used daily, the pool was wonderful! The host was very punctual when getting back to me with any questions that I had. The house had a beautiful beach feel, top end furnishings, clean, with all the amenities that you would want or need for a beach vacation! I would highly recommend staying here, everything was great!!!

As advertised - and better

The property was immaculate. It was even better in-person than in pictures (if possible) and everything was setup for fun and ease of use. Jacqueline was incredible in answering our questions pre-stay and went above and beyond to ensure the renting process was seamless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique spot on the beach in the Cocoa area.

Perfect family getaway

From the moment we set eyes on this beachfront property to the time we have to depart 
 everything was just perfect! Jacqueline, our host was very professional and gracious. She responded to all our questions at any time of day. She genuinely cared. We are a family of eight adults and one infant. The house accommodated all of us comfortably and more. The house is cleaned. It is fully stocked with whatever you may need . It is tastefully decorated with comfort and style. Every pictures you see on the website is exactly as shown and more. We were blessed with great summer weather in mid November. The beach was just steps away. The water was warm and inviting. We were all surprised how warm the water was as compared to some of the beaches in our West coast. We all wished we could stay longer! It was a great decision to come to this property after our trip to Disney. The magic and wonders never end!!!

Paradise!!

The place is just awesome! Our family of 10 had plenty of room and everyone had a great time! Beach equipment galore, the kids loved the pool, views to die for, and very clean. Beds were comfy too! Jacqueline was so responsive for any questions we had and checking in was a breeze. Would love to come back and stay longer next time!

Above and beyond!

I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, and this was one of the most enjoyable and well thought out houses I’ve experienced! The house itself is stunning. The high ceilings, plenty of space for a large family to spread out and relax alone or gather together, and a huge gourmet kitchen to cook in. We were very impressed with the layout and little touches. Like games for kids and adults, cute notes for finding and operating all the features, and plenty of beach equipment for enjoying the huge private beach. Jaqueline the owner was fabulous! She made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived and was extremely accommodating when we asked if my sister could have a spontaneous wedding on the beach! She even had mimosas and strawberries in the refrigerator when we arrived! Our stay was memorable thanks to her and the beautiful accommodations. Best beach rental in Cocoa Beach area and will definitely be back!

MAGICAL!!!!!!!!!!

Words cannot adequately describe how special this Beach Home is. We were very intrigues by the photographs of the property, and the amenities, when we first spotted the listing but the photographs give just a sweet taste of what the property offers when you visit! The gourmet kitchen, with every possible tool at your fingertips was a dream! The bedrooms and bathrooms are exquisitely appointed and the living area was great for relaxation after a wonderful day outdoors. Speaking of outdoors, the gorgeous beach was only steps away and beach toys and chairs were provided; when seclusion was more desired, the private backyard with hammocks and plunge pool awaited! The location was great and there are many restaurants withing a short drive but frankly, we found it hard to leave paradise and venture out very often. Our group was in need and a rejuvenating, relaxing vacation and this beautiful compound provided exactly what the Doctor ordered! And, a special thanks to our outstanding hosts for being so attentive to any questions or needs!!! Again, this was PARADISE!!!

This is an excellent property right on the beach that is perfect for family that love the ocean. The views are incredible. We absolutely loved the place and will defiantly book again in the near future. The place provided privacy and was big enough for everyone to have their own space.

Family Florida Coast New Year 2023!

This was the perfect home and beach setting for our family of seven to spend 5 days together! Our entire family has spent ALOT of travel time in rental homes and truly this one was one of the most magnificent. With its lovely layout, spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living areas all seven of us had an amazing time. Sunrise and sunset views were out of this world! The beach access is perfect (basically had beach to ourselves!) and the need for renters to leave the home doesn’t exist! The property is located just a short, easy drive south of town and is super private and safe. The only downfall was some obvious wear and tear from previous renters
.to include leaving the owners a very untidy activity shed. We ended up having to do some cleaning to get to some of the items for beach use
.and the plunge pool needed to be properly managed and maintained. The interior was uber tidy and clean but the exterior living and gathering spaces needed a bit of TLC.
