The Space:

Step into a world of comfort and Nordic elegance at our modern lakeside villa. With spacious interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and high-quality materials, this retreat creates a harmonious and stylish atmosphere for rest and relaxation. Carefully selected tones and contemporary design reflect Scandinavian aesthetics – clean lines, warmth, and thoughtful details.



Wake up to natural light and step straight out onto the lakeside rocks. Enjoy morning yoga on the dock, an evening walk through the forest, or a glass of wine by the fireplace – here, every moment becomes part of a memorable experience.



Come breathe deeply, listen to the silence, and experience a kind of luxury shaped by nature itself.



GENERAL AMENITIES



The villa features three comfortable double bedrooms, and an additional 2-person sofa bed is available in the separate sauna cabin.

If you need bed linen and towels, they are available for rent at €10/person per stay.



KITCHEN AND HOUSEHOLD AMENITIES



The well-equipped kitchen includes all standard appliances: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave – plus a dishwasher and freezer. You'll also find cookware and tableware for up to eight guests.



SAUNA, SHOWER AND TOILET



The villa features a gentle, wood-heated lakeside sauna. There is a shower inside the main building and also in the sauna, along with a separate indoor toilet. After a relaxing sauna session, it's just a few steps to your private dock for a refreshing swim.



YARD AND LAKEFRONT



The spacious terrace is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a meal with the whole group. From May to September, you can grill on the gas barbecue on the terrace. There is also a firepit in the yard for cozy evenings outdoors. A rowboat is included for fishing or peaceful rowing on the lake. Life vests are available on request – just let us know the sizes in advance.



HOT TUB



You can also rent a hot tub from us for the duration of your stay. We will deliver it to the location, ready for use.

ROWING AND FISHING



To fish, you’ll need proof of payment for the Finnish national fisheries management fee and a local fishing license. These cost approximately €5 in total. You may also rent a quiet electric outboard motor for €15/day.



PETS



House-trained and well-behaved pets are welcome. Please make sure your pet's visit is smooth and enjoyable for everyone – including our next guests. Clean up after your pet both indoors and outside.



BED LINEN AND TOWELS



Bed linen and towels can be rented for €10/person per stay.



FINAL CLEANING



You can book final cleaning in advance or during your stay for €60. If you choose to clean the villa yourself, all necessary equipment and cleaning products are provided. Please do the cleaning on your departure day.



If you order final cleaning, please still:



Wash and put away the dishes



Take out the trash to the collection point



Collect bottles and cans into a bag



Return furniture to its original position



Leave rented linens folded on the bed



Remove all personal food items



If you clean the villa yourself, in addition to the above:



Vacuum the rugs



Mop the floors with a damp mop



Wipe down tables and surfaces



Air out bedding outdoors



Clean the toilet and sauna



Ensure all trash is taken to the waste collection point



Guest Access:

The villa is located in Orivesi, approximately 60 kilometers from Tampere. The drive from Tampere takes about one hour, and from Jyväskylä about 1.5 hours. To reach the villa, you’ll need a car, or you can also arrive by bus. The nearest bus stop is in Eräslahti, about 5 kilometers away.



The Neighborhood:

The cottage has no close neighbors, so here you will spend a relaxed holiday in your own peace.

You need a car to get to the cottage and shop at the grocery stores.
