"I first got a dirty room. The bathroom was gross with pieces of toilet paper on the floor. The sheets were not changed, full of hair and dirty spots. But the gentleman at the front desk was kind and considerate enough to move us to a better room. It was a good experience afterall."

"Grand Stay was a very quiet hotel. My kids adored the random snacks in the entry and the breakfast was good. The rooms were a bit small and the lighting in the room was terrible. The pool was very strong with chemical. It made made everyone cough after a short time and actually damaged my young daughters ..."

"This is a great hotel. It is always clean. The breakfast is amazing and the woman who works in the breakfast area is so helpful and sweet. The staff is very friendly. We love staying here."

"Never able to check into condo even after reservation. After contacting VRBO about the situation I come to find out that the owner is not even aware it has been listed, much less rented. I am still waiting on my full refund and 'Book with Confidence policy'. Terrible customer service!"
