The Space:
You enter the property into the open-plan Kitchen/living room. The kitchen is American-style and equipped with an oven, Microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. There is a lovely dining table, and chairs for 4 people, plus a large comfortable sofa, armchair with footstool, and smart TV.
There is a hallway leading off from the living room; to the left is the second bedroom. This has twin single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and a shared bedside cabinet.
The family bathroom is at the end of the hall and has a toilet, bidet, built-in vanity and bath.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is to the right. The en-suite is equipped with a shower and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside cabinets.
From the living room, you exit out onto the balcony where there is a 4-person wrought iron table and chairs. From the balcony, you ascend the stairs to the private solarium. There you have 3 sun loungers, 2 small chairs and table, plus a dining table with 4 chairs and parasol, plus a gas BBQ. The floor of the solarium has artificial grass for your comfort.
Both bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning and WIFI is available throughout.

The apartment is located in a gated community within Las Ramblas Golf Course.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located within the Las Ramblas golf course and is also close to the golf courses of Campoamor, Las Colinas, and Villamartin they are all within a 10-minute drive.
The nearest beach, Playa de la Regia is a 10-minute drive away, however, there are many more blue-flagged beaches to choose from along the coast within a similar distance.
The apartment is a 3-minute drive/ 15 minutes walk from both La Fuente and Campoamor Commercial Centres, La Fuente has a large selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. across the road from La Fuente there are more bars, a children’s play café, a golf shop, banks and more..

We recommend a car to make the most of your stay in Orihuela Costa.
