Welcome to Sunset Paradise Retreat, the perfect place to enjoy all that Utah has to offer. This retreat offers 2 houses right next to each other, making it ideal for families or larger groups. That means double the kitchens, double the hot tubs, double the beds and double the fun! Reliable Wifi, comfortable mattresses, 2 custom kitchens, 2 private backyards with connecting gates. Come relax! *For any 5 night or longer, enjoy one complimentary 60 minute in-house massage(message for availability).

Sunset Paradise Retreat has 2 separate homes located right next to each other. Whether you're 2 traveling groups or one big happy family, this spacious retreat gives you plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your getaway. The details of each home layout are below:

First home details: (accommodates 8 guests)
Bedroom 1: king bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 2: 2 full bunk beds (4 guests)
Living room: queen sofa pull out (2 guests)

Second home details: (accommodates 7 guests)
Bedroom 1: king bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 2: queen bed, single bed (3 guests)
Living room: air mattress (2 guests)

Both homes have a Pack n' Play for our little guests! Each home has a large backyard with private hot tub and BBQ grill. The backyards have a connecting fence between them, or can be kept private.

No more fumbling with keys or lockboxes; self checkin is easy with digital keypad lock and unique key code.

Guests will have have access to all rooms in both of the homes, outside private backyards and hot tub areas.

Privacy is essential while you're traveling. We understand this and offer a convenient self check in with digital keypad that allow you the flexibility of keeping your own schedule and the ease of checking in whenever works best for you.

We are local and always available for anything you might need as well.

Paradise Point is in a peaceful residential neighborhood that will allow you to be conveniently close to all activities / attractions.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at each entrance.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
