Palaces à Ordos

« I only got to stay at this hotel for one night but was very impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. The hotel was very modern and in excellent condition as were the rooms. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Very quiet area too. It was a pleasure to stay here and I wish I could have stayed longer! »

« Just great, also the laundry machine to use for free »

« Great food, gorgeous rooms and lobby. Staff almost caused me to miss my train: I asked them to schedule a taxi pickup for me the night before. They promised they would ... and did nothing. Then they struggled to get a cab to the door because of construction on site. Pretty ridiculous. They also were completely unhelpful about knowing the neighborhood and where, say, a grocery store is. »

« Something lack communication with the expedia my reservation wasn’t on their list »
