Ce tout nouveau condo de luxe ultra-moderne de 1450 pieds carrés, 2 chambres et 3 salles de bains est situé en face d'Eagle Beach. C'est l'endroit idéal pour une escapade romantique, en famille ou entre amis. Le condo offre une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes sur son grand balcon et fait partie d'une communauté balnéaire haut de gamme avec seulement 56 unités de condo de luxe. Les équipements de l'établissement comprennent une piscine pour adultes et enfants, un bain à remous, une aire de jeux, une salle de sport complète, un espace barbecue et une boutique de tuck. L'unité elle-même dispose d'une cuisine entièrement moderne en euros et d'un salon et salle à manger confortable. Les chambres comprennent une «chambre principale» avec lit king-size et une deuxième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. De grandes télévisions à écran plat avec câble sont situées dans les deux chambres. Direct TV Satellite est également disponible dans le salon. Internet Wifi est également inclus.

The unit was immaculate and just as pictured and advertised. Eagle beach is absolutely stunning and less than a 5 minute walk across the street! Many restaurants nearby; better to have a car or use transportation to get to the nearby grocery store (busy highway). Gemma was a gracious host and promptly replied to our questions regarding the consequences of the U.S. invasion of nearby Venezuela. There weren't any problems whatsoever; security is excellent and the area is safe. Upon arrival, Carlita gave an excellent and informative tour. LeVent is well appointed, in excellent condition, and in a great location; perfect for families, couples, and retirees alike. We most definitely recommend staying here and will do so again ourselves in the future!

Perfect vacation. Melanie was a very gracious host and the unit was excellent. Everyone at the resort was super friendly and the amenities were very nice. A short walk to the beach which was also clean and never over crowded. Would definitely stay again!

This was another great stay at Eagle Beach. The condo was excellent. Large, clean great view, nice amenities. The staff were also great as they came by and made our beds and took out the trash every day. The balcony was great and has a fantastic view of the sunset. I wish I was there right now!

We just got home after staying a week at this property. It's exactly as listed. Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to make meals at home. Plust have the washer/dryer was perfect.The sunsets from the deck are great. The location is perfect, very short walk to Eagle beach. The management company was great as well. One the first day one of the beach chairs had rusted through and snapped. The front desk gave us a brand new chair. Also the bread toaster wasn't working. They showed up a few hours later with a brand new toaster! I thought that was great service. If we go back to Aruba we will book this unit again.

Beautiful stay in Aruba

We stayed in this condo unit in April of 2024. The location is gorgeous. The view from our terrace is beautiful. We got a yummy fruit basket upon our arrival. It's about a half a block from Eagle beach. The beds were so comfortable, not too soft and not too hard, and the place was so clean!! No complaints! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

WOW…….. JUST WOW!!!!

Unbelievable stay at this gorgeous property with my wife and 17 year old daughter. The location was absolutely perfect, the grounds well manicured, and the staff was 5 star all around. A short two minute walk to the most pristine beach in the Caribbean and a short 5 minute drive to multiple shopping areas as well as a multitude of restaurants. Owner supplied beach chairs and cooler to make your beach days ones you’ll never forget! Thanks everyone….. we already can’t wait to come back!!!

This condo did not disappoint! Walk out the back gate and your on Eagles Beach, great restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. We loved the availability of chairs, wagon and floaties! This is the best area and condo to stay when in Aruba! The balcony was fabulous!

I found the property on Vrbo. The owner was very helpful through entire booking process and stay. The property is absolutely stunning. The location is perfect for access to the town and Eagle beach. The cooler on wheels was a lifesaver for our beach days! The property is meticulously maintained. Pool area is awesome. Ice machine in pool area was awesome to fill cooler everyday. We stayed 10 days and it wasn’t enough. We were so sad to leave yesterday. The view from deck is unforgettable. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We will be booking again!

Great place and location!

The condo was just as beautiful as it is in the listing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean. It is across the street from Eagle beach and most sights and restaurants are within a 10 minute ride. The pool area was beautiful as well!

Aruba is truly an amazing island to stay on, the people are so friendly and helpful. The condo we stayed at was beautiful and exactly like the as said. My only complaint was that we were not made aware of the check in process with the office at Prestige. After a very short delay we found the office and checked in. Great island great beach, great pool and a fantastic condo have made this our new favorite island to visit. The locals were understandably a little worried with the island being shut down because of the COVID 19 virus, but once things settle down and get back to normal this is an awesome place to stay.

Amazing!

Eagle Beach is the most beautiful beach we have ever visited! This condo was steps from this beach. Beautifully appointed and just as pictured! Light housekeeping provided everyday with clean towels! The views from the deck were outstanding. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Communication with the owner was awesome! Always a prompt response! Orlando with Prestige helped coordinate items on arrival in the condo to celebrate a birthday! Wow! Amazing cake! We were also able to book an ATV excursion with Orlando which was a highlight of our trip. We personally recommend Ling and Sons for groceries. We also highly recommend a trip to Baby Beach! It was a wonderful trip!
