The decor in this luxury studio condo is a balanced mix of mild & gentle neutral colors with pops of orange, designed to awaken your senses, inspire your creativity & tap into new energy to explore & experience the local food, attractions, & entertainment at your fingertips.

Tangerine Terrace is walkable to restaurants & entertainment & just a 10-minute drive to Disneyland, Old Town Orange, & Angel Stadium. It is close to beaches, John Wayne airport, & the Irvine Spectrum.

Enjoy a luxurious King bed, Smart TV, fast WiFi, & a fully stocked kitchen. The futon & air mattress provide additional sleeping spaces. Fido also has his own bed :). The unit features a washer/dryer, office nook, huge walk-in closet, & gated parking for security & added convenience.

Secured Self-Access for building & condo. There is standard free parking for 1 car in the parking garage, & there is paid parking for an additional car at $10 per day. We will reimburse you for the first 3 days ($30) OR if you prefer we will reimburse you for any event parking of your choice up to $30. We just need a receipt to reimburse.

Self Check-In – Private custom code for access during each guest`s stay. Easy, contactless check-in with a smart lock for a smooth arrival.

Fully Equipped Kitchen – Stocked with essentials for cooking meals at home.

Laundry In-Unit – Washer & dryer available for guest use.

Fast WiFi & Smart TV – Perfect for work-from-home stays or streaming your favorite shows.
The age minimum is 23 (families with kids welcome).

To make it more affordable for smaller groups, an extra guest fee of $15 per guest per night applies after 2 people.

For stays booked 21 days or more in advance, we will refund your parking paid during your stay for an extra car in the parking garage, an event or restaurant where parking was paid. Please submit your receipt to be reimbursed.

The futon is 65 inches in length and appropriate for a smaller sized adult or child.

For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.

PETS: Dogs 40 pounds and under are allowed. We are happy to announce our Happy Paws Community Program to help local animal shelters re-home and save the lives of animals.

We donate 25% of pet fees to a local shelter/animal rescue. We are also launching our Happy Paws promotion for pet parents who help us get the word out about the program.

To participate, follow the quick and easy steps in the guidebook under “Pet Parents” to post a picture of you and your furry family member. The picture must be posted before check-out and make sure to tag us. The refund will be provided back to you within 5 days of check-out.

The Pet discounted fee for non-shedding dogs is $25 per night per pet If your dog is on the list we will need a picture of you and your pet(s) (together) submitted prior to check-in day.

The Short Term regular Pet fee for other dogs or approved pets is $50 per night per pet.
