Heating & Cooling:

Our home has ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling. There is also a split system in the loungeroom. There is an outdoor wood firepit- guest are to BYO Firewood if they wish to use it.



Parking:

Driveway and free street parking.



Linen:

High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.



Amenities:

The home is well equipped with a Nespresso Coffee Machine, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.



Wi-Fi:

High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.



The Neighborhood:

You’re just a short walk into town, where you’ll find Orange’s vibrant cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and local markets. Nearby café favourites include Good Eddy, Mad Hatter, and Factory Espresso, all ideal for your morning coffee or a relaxed brunch.



For something a little special, stroll around the corner to Parrot Distilling Co. for local gin tastings and wood-fired pizzas in a relaxed afternoon or evening setting.



The area is also ideal for practical stays, with Orange Health Service nearby, making it especially convenient for medical visits or work-related travel. Sports lovers and families will also enjoy being close to Jack Brabham Park, a popular local sporting field with open green space and walking paths.
