This 2bed/2bath condo will have you feeling at home with its cozy beach decor, comfortable beds and full-size kitchen. As you enter the condo, you are greeted by the burst of sunshine coming in from the balcony! Immediately to your right is the first of two bedrooms with a king-size bed, flat screen tv, closet space and direct access to the shared guest bath (tub/shower combo). Also off of the entry way, is the full laundry room with a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. There's even enough room in there to store your beach gear.

Continuing inside, you make your way into the full kitchen, stocked with all of the cooking essentials needed to prepare a fresh meal along with a dining area that will seat 4 at the table and 3 at the bar.

Comfortable seating (with sleeper sofa) in the living room area to enjoy your down time watching the wall-mounted flat screen tv or taking in the views through the sliding glass balcony doors.

Off of the living room is the main bedroom. This bedroom also has a king-size bed, flat screen tv, closet space and beautiful en suite bathroom featuring double sinks and a large tiled walk-in shower. This main bedroom has direct access onto your balcony. The balcony is furnished with a high-top table and 4 chairs along with 2 additional chairs and table. The perfect spot to begin and end every day of your stay!

Tidewater 102 is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, marinas and family fun in Orange Beach! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flora-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.
