This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features an open-concept living area with comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, and direct access to the large private balcony. Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the waves, or take in spectacular sunsets over the Gulf.

The equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, dishes, and a breakfast bar, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. The dining area comfortably seats six.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.


Located directly on the Gulf in Orange Beach, Summer House provides a convenient home base for enjoying everything the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer, including beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, water activities, and local attractions.

Parking
• Parking passes can be purchased on-site at the guard shack for $50 each, with a limit of two passes per condo. If you arrive after 10 p.m., you may purchase your pass(es) the following morning.
• Parking for a third vehicle is available in the overflow parking lot across the street on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking may be available at the Hosteeva office located across the street—please call in advance to confirm availability.
Things to know
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
