The Space:
Lovely, updated 2-bedroom/2-bath at one of the most popular complexes in Orange Beach! Well-appointed with an open layout, this unit features granite countertops, stainless appliances, custom tile flooring throughout, recessed lighting, Wi-Fi, and a stack washer dryer. New paint, new furnishings, and new decor in 2023!

Located on the first elevated level, you have an indirect view of the beach from the balcony. The balcony includes a small table and 2 chairs and is perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee. The living area includes a sleeper-sofa, comfy chairs, and seating for 4 at the bar. The well-quipped kitchen features stainless appliances & granite counters.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed with balcony access and a private bath. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed. The second bath is accessed through the common area and second bedroom. Making use of the sofa-sleeper in the living area, this condo can sleep up to 6 guests.

Complex amenities include four pools, (one of which is heated), tennis courts, and a kiddie pool! Also, don't miss the Sugar Shack where you can pick up your favorite snack or beverage and enjoy poolside!

*Please be aware this area has a lot of development and new construction going on. At any given point, adjacent properties to properties we manage may go under construction to which we are not notified. There is a new development under construction directly next to Sugar Beach. We have not been notified of any disturbance to guests since March but there could be disturbances to guests at times. We are not responsible for any construction happening outside of the property.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all of the complex amenities. Complex amenities include four pools, (one of which is heated), tennis courts, charcoal grill area, and a kiddie pool! Also, don't miss the Sugar Shack where you can pick up your favorite snack or beverage and enjoy poolside!

The Neighborhood:
Sugar Beach is in the heart of Orange Beach and close to all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that the area has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
A new complex is being built next to Sugar Beach, on the west side. This unit is on the west side of Sugar Beach and faces the construction. Some guests have mentioned disturbances due to the construction.

Upon arrival, guests will purchase parking pass for $35 at the guard house. 2 vehicles maximum. If you have a third vehicle, you can park at our office (Bella Beach Properties, 24711 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561) for $50. Subject to availability.

CONSTRUCTION: The continued growth of our area is evidenced by new construction that may be adjacent to or near existing vacation rental properties. You may reserve a property at a time when no construction is nearby, but construction could begin prior to your arrival. We regret any inconvenience but cannot control these situations. Refunds or relocations cannot be considered.
