The space
As you step into this stunning beach condo, you'll immediately be captivated by the tastefully designed open-concept living space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, providing unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our balcony overlooks the pool area which leads out to the beach.

Enjoy the plush, comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system with a large flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi throughout. The living room also has a sleeper sofa.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with seating. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight, creating an inviting space for memorable meals with loved ones.

Each of the three spacious bedrooms is elegantly furnished, offering a serene sanctuary to rest and recharge. The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom. For the other two bedrooms, there is a queen bed with a twin in one room and a set of bunk beds (twin over full) in the other bedroom. Accommodating up to 8 or 9 guests in total.

Guest will have full use of the condo during their stay. You can purchase 2 parking passes for this unit at the font gate upon arrival. Check-in details are sent out the evening prior, which will include gate codes and door code etc.

Guest are supplied with a starter set of toiletries & coffee. Guest will be responsible to provide their own when that runs out.
