Tucked away on the quiet perimeter of the Summer Salt community, this home borders the stunning expanse of Gulf State Park. It’s the ideal blend of upscale coastal style and natural tranquility, offering a private feel that most rentals can`t match.

While you`ll enjoy a sense of seclusion, you are never far from the amenities; the community pool is just .3 miles away, and the beach is a short .5-mile stroll from your front door.

**First Floor**
The main level features a spacious living room equipped with a twin sofa sleeper and a Vizio Smart TV. This floor also includes a fully functional kitchen and a dining area. For convenience, a laundry room and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower are located just off the living area.

**Second Floor**
The second floor houses three comfortable bedrooms, each offering the privacy of its own full ensuite bathroom:

**Master Bedroom: Features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room is designed as a quiet retreat and does not include a television.

**Bunk Room: Includes two twin beds, a king bed, and a Samsung Smart TV. The private ensuite bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

**Guest Room: Features a queen bed and a Roku TV. The private ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

Outdoor Living: Relax on your private balcony off the living room, or enjoy the ground-level patio furnished with two outdoor chairs and a sofa. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after a day at the pool or beach.

Starter Kit Provided: We’ve got you covered for your first few days! Includes 2 kitchen trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided.
