There’s not enough words in this character limit to describe how awful our stay at SeaChase was.
We arrived to the AC/unit sitting at 80°, where it stayed for the remainder of our stay. We notified them on the first day that it was 80°. It took until 5 PM the second day for us to get anyone to come out and look at it. At that point, told the part couldn’t be in until Friday and (when we were leaving).
They offered to move us for one night while they tried to figure out the AC unit- but traveling with two little kids packing up a three bedroom condo is not really something you want to do, just to have to move back after one night. Got offered to stay at a different condo on the beach, but would have to lose all the beach rentals that we had set up for this trip- the chairs, the umbrellas, the paddle boards. (All set up to be right outside of our condo, couldn’t be transferred to a new location or a refund given.)
The foyer/lobby entry, elevators, the hallways- all had trash and sand littered daily. I know they weren’t doing anything to blow out/clean the area because we’d pass the same sand trail and trash the whole week.
We started lifting up rugs to sweep up some of the sand that we had brought in - realized all of the backs of the rugs were covered in mildew and mold, (dragged them out on the patio). Hands down worst trip experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND this unit or SeaChase
