Welcome home! This lovingly designed two-bedroom is just steps from the sand with views of the Gulf and its white-sand beaches from every spot in the open living area. With comfortable, plush sofas and armchairs, there is plenty of seating around the enormous wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Whether you want to watch a movie, curl up with a book, or watch the waves out the window, the living room is ultra-inviting.

Just behind the sofa is a chic Gulf-view dining table with bench seating to accommodate eight. There are also four seats at the large breakfast bar, the best spot to keep the chef company. You won’t even mind cooking in this home’s stunning kitchen. The light and bright design features marble countertops, white shaker-style cabinets, a gorgeous tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The accompanying wet bar boasts the same beautiful design, and it’s the perfect spot to set up drinks and snacks after a day at the beach.

When you need some time to yourself, retreat to one of two thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, where calming hues and soothing greenery inspire relaxation. There are also three bathrooms, a Queen sleeper sofa, and a washer/dryer to accommodate up to eight guests.

On your private balcony, you’ll enjoy incredible views of emerald waters, sugar-white sand, and the amazing amenities of Phoenix Gulf Towers. You can even watch the kids wind their way down the corkscrew water slide or meander around the lazy river without ever leaving your chair. It’s a truly magical spot that we can’t wait for you to discover!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
