You are sure to spend most evenings here, savoring the weather and admiring the stunning views of the sunset off the beach. Explore your new home away from home and discover a fully equipped kitchen finished with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Not to mention, all the equipment and utensils you may need to whip up snacks for the beach or prepare a homecooked meal. The kitchen island and breakfast bar will be useful if you feel like putting together some appetizers and displaying them for your group to snack on. Gather for a family meal around the separate dining table even if you decide to grab some takeout! The living room features stunning décor thoughtfully chosen with the beach in mind. The Smart TV makes it easy to curl up on the couch and choose from your favorite shows and movies. Lovely Family Time but Condo Needs Improvement

We had a lovely time as a family at Orange Beach, but unfortunately, the condo did not meet our expectations. The location is fantastic, and the beach was beautiful, which made our stay enjoyable. However, there were several issues with the condo that need addressing. The condo is outdated and in need of some attention. The cleanliness was below par; we found areas that were not thoroughly cleaned, which was disappointing. The dryer wouldn’t dry our clothes properly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom had to be replaced during our stay, causing some disruption. The master bath drain was slow, making it less than ideal for use. Overall, while we enjoyed our time at the beach, the condo's condition took away from the experience. We hope the owners will address these concerns to improve future stays for guests.

The condo overall is great, and the location and view are fabulous, but need to clarify maintenance

The property is laid out fabulously, making it easy to get around, has a great balcony, fabulous master shower (not a fan of rain shower head with lower pressure though). Two of our 5 days, maintenance workers were working on our balcony. We understand work needs to get done, but we wish we had been advised of this prior to renting. We were not offered a credit or refund for this inconvenience, which makes us hesitant to use this rental company in the future. The balcony was not usable for 2 days, and we would have chosen another condo. Upon arrival - The code to enter the condo did not work, and we spent 30 mins. on the phone with management, until they finally gave us another code.

So, so nice!

We rented this condo and had the most wonderful family vacation. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and well stocked, and we fell in love! It certainly won’t be our last stay at Romar House, and I hope we can come right back to this very condo next year. The views were outstanding, but the cherry on top was the huge ice maker installed in the kitchen. It was every beach goers dream!
