Parking
• Parking is paid on the reservation, parking fee is $125 for two parking passes and wristbands, wristbands must be worn when on site. One covered parking spot is available in the north garage, closest to the road. A second vehicle may be parked in any unmarked open parking spot.
• Two-car limit per unit—no exceptions.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
Pool Hours:
• Main Pools: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Lap Pool: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
