Step into The Palms 1001, a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo located on the 10th floor of the Palms complex in Orange Beach, Alabama. BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: _2 Parking passes___ Are included with the reservation. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We had a great stay at the Palms! Booking was easy and all of our questions were answered in advance by the property mgr. our unit was decorated nicely and beach access was easy. The mgmt company was responsive throughout our stay. The location is close to all of the restaurants, grocery stores, and bars.

Beautiful condo

The location and the views are absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our week long stay in this beautiful condo. The beds were comfortable and the shower had lots of pressure which was nice. There were four adults staying here and only 4 coffee cups in the place which was a nuisance. We had to wash dishes more often than we would have had to if there were a couple more.The weather was terrific during our stay but if you encounter rainy days be advised that there are no games or decks of cards here, which is fine, just good to note.

Great condo

This condo was clean and spacious and true to the photos posted on line. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants & shops nearby. The beach was gorgeous and not too crowded. The outdoor pool was great for sunning on days that were too cold on the beach, but the chairs need cushions. The beds &mThe kitchen was great but needs new pots & reading light. are accurate

Beautiful condo....but

We loved this condo it was clean and beautiful, the view was exceptional. We however, could not sleep. The A/C units on the roof were so loud the ceiling buzzed and boomed all night long. Upon leaving the elevators did not work, we had to haul all our stuff down 10 floors. We had an elderly parent with us that had to navigate the stairs. We were terrified that there would be an injury. Lucky for us there was not. We stayed for 3 weeks but we were ready to leave after 3 days. So if anyone is a light sleeper beware. Do not bring anyone that can not go up and down 10 floors with you .
