THE SPACE

Floor-to-ceiling windows bring plenty of natural light into the spacious living and dining areas while giving you a front-row view of the bay. The living room is ready for relaxing with a comfortable chaise-style sofa, swivel chairs, an electric fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. After a day at the beach or pool, kick back, put your feet up, and enjoy some downtime.

When it is time to eat, the dining table seats six, and four additional barstools at the breakfast bar give everyone plenty of room to gather. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous cabinet space, and both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, so morning coffee is covered no matter how you like it.

A private laundry room with a washer and dryer is also included, making longer stays even more convenient.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The primary bedroom features two queen beds, giving families or groups plenty of sleeping flexibility.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed.

The living room sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space.
