The property's location was excellent. Because we stayed the week after Christmas, we were not planning a daily trip to the beach. We like to play golf at Orange Beach Golf Center while we are in town, and this property was basically across the street. We also visit the Oso in Bear Point almost every day/evening, so it was a close drive to the Oso and other outdoor/water view venues we enjoy. This was also the first time that we have brought our dog down from Indiana. There was a great walking path through the neighborhood where our golden could stretch his legs .The property was a perfect size and met our needs. Our only problem was upon check in. Somehow, we had a communication issue and did not receive check-in or check-out procedures. Upon arriving, we could not enter the property. It took us quite some time to contact the property manager to get the access code. Because of this frustration, the manager compensated us for our time.I feel that the management of this property will improve with experience. You cannot beat the price for the location and the amenities. We would definitely consider booking this property again next winter when we come down for the week.
