Perdido Blue - Beachfront Condo at Phoenix I

  • erdido Blue is an elevated Gulf-front 2BR/2BA retreat at Phoenix I, pairing sweeping beach views with direct access to the white-sand shoreline of Orange Beach.
    Designed for relaxed coastal stays, the condo sleeps up to 6 with a king bed, queen bed, and pull-out sofa. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, TVs, and comfortable living spaces that make it easy to settle in for anything from a weekend escape to a longer beach stay.
    The private balcony is a highlight, with panoramic Gulf views that are ideal for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply watching the water. Guests also enjoy Phoenix I’s resort-style amenities, including a beachfront pool, hot tubs, fitness center, splash pad, sauna, sports courts, grilling areas, and direct beach access.
    For an easy start to the morning, Beachside Brew, an on-site coffee shop, is available within the property.

When we walked in the rental had a musty odor the odor did get better with airing it out and using a air purifier. The view was amazing, we were close to some restaurants and grocery stores. We loved it and hope to be back.

This was our second stay at this beautiful condo, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! One of our favorite amenities is the balcony overlooking the ocean — we spent most of our time relaxing and enjoying the incredible view. Everything was wonderful, and we can’t wait to come back again!

Best spot for family.

I wouldnt stay anywhere else. Location and facilty amenities are nice for a family. The condition of condo and transparency with owner made my familys stay a delight.
