The master suite features a King Tempur-Pedic bed, flat-screen TV, and a large master bath equipped with a 27-inch-flat screen TV, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a King Tempur-Pedic bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath. The third bedroom has a Queen Tempur-Pedic and a Full bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath. The living room also features a sofa with a Twin pull-out, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV. All of the mattresses are Tempur-Pedic.

The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a sub-zero refrigerator, and a wet bar with an ice maker and wine cooler.

Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Turquoise Place offers endless amenities that include multiple indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, a sauna, a steam room, 2 indoor hot tubs, tennis courts, and an exercise room. There is a poolside snack bar that is open seasonally. Wireless internet is provided.

PARKING PASSES
With your Turquoise Place reservation with Liquid Life, you are charged for two parking passes when you book your stay. A maximum of two parking passes is allowed for your reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November and January. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
