Come see why this 4th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River and water slide at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, kitchen with upscale appliances, coffee maker and a 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 55" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great Condo

Disappointed

Disappointed that there was no table on the balcony. Just 5 uncomfortable chairs that belonged with the missing table. Disappointed that the WiFi didn’t work in three of the four bedrooms. Disappointed in the layout of the two bedrooms sharing the third bathroom. Probably would not have rented if we had known it was a Jack n Jill. Smoke alarms kept chirping. Called service but they never showed. We purchased batteries and had to put new in every one of the alarms. Corner unit was really windy on the balcony. But we did like the parking right outside our door. The kitchen had everything we could ask for. Master bed was very comfortable and loved the walk in showers.

Family Vacation

Perfect location for our stay. Property manager was very responsive. When we checked in the bed frame in the master was broken. He found a solution and it was repaired the next day. Being the end of the season, the cushions on the couch and patio chairs need a good cleaning. Condo had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Floors were not clean, couches had huge brown spots on them, outdoor patio was so dirty that we did not use them, mold in the grout in the Jack and Jill bathroom shower and we had trouble connecting to Wi-fi.

Overall, GREAT place

This property was pretty spot on from the listing and the reviews. It is conveniently located close to restaurants and grocery stores. Also, the location inside the condo itself was great, same floor as parking garage and it was on the end of the hall. I stayed with my wife, 3 kids(8,5,19months), in laws and sister in law, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Check in and out was a breeze, and any questions I had the host responded quickly.

Everything was good. Unit could be cleaner. Found shoes & trash in closets and dirt on floors. The building & pool were very clean. Staff were very friendly. Overall was good. Would recommend this condo. Would have given 5 stars if it was cleaner otherwise it’s a great condo. Also Charles was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing Vacation

I really can't say enough about this property and location. The condo was perfect for our family of 11. Well stocked, clean, and such easy access (loved not having keys). The view was spectacular off the very large balcony. The pictures on the website are what you get. The entire family enjoyed the lazy river and water slide during the day and the indoor pool/hot tubs in the evening. The beautiful beach was only steps away down the private ramp. We also used the tennis courts on the 10th floor to play 4 square many times a day at the kids request. They are outside and fenced in with a high chain link fence which allowed for a perfect view of the city and the ocean. Across the street is grocery stores, shopping ,restaurants, arcade, go carts, etc. Charlie was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will be back!!

Beautiful condo! Lackluster communication

We had a total of 4 adults and 3 kids stay here for 5 nights, and we had a wonderful time! The space looks/feels semi-newly renovated, nice kitchen cabinets, tons of appliances, etc. The Master Bed was springy but comfortable. Love the 4th Floor height, beautiful views and perspective of the ocean and beach, both from inside the condo and the spacious balcony. Plenty of bath towels included which was very appreciated, usually it seems they include just barely enough. There's just a few complaints we had, firstly the floors were disgusting. As our kids ran around barefoot, in just a few minutes their feet would turn black, and this was for both inside and outside balcony, so I'm a little worried if they ever actually wash/scrub the floors, or maybe only vacuumed? (The couch looked a little gross too, unsure if they've ever wet cleaned the upholstery?) We turned on the jets in the MB bath and black flakes and dirt came shooting out, it was pretty disgusting and probably rarely used or flushed/cleaned? Also note the shower head was super-low-flow, not sure if this is building-low-pressure or just a weak shower head, but something to note. One major bummer, a major reason our family specifically chose this unit was for the outdoor patio comfortable seating options, however when we arrived TWO of the cushions were missing. I texted the property manager notifying of these missing cushions, and he said to just double check to make sure they weren't sitting inside the condo... they weren't. Secondly I messaged him regarding the dirty bloors and bath jets, and there was no response... :-/ not even acknowledgment or apology or offering for a cleaning. One last note, before we booked this property, I contacted him THREE times through VRBO messenger and not a single response... So overall, the property is an A- (found a bug in a kitchen pan, but being off the ocean these things are to be expected), however the communication with the manager was very lackluster, delayed, and disappointing, your mileage may vary. (I guess I'd just be wary if there was an emergency, would he even respond or help, or would it be radio silence, I'm not sure. Just an encouragement to the owner they need to step up their communication, as we've booked many other VRBO's in the past with top tier communication and it makes a big difference.) One last request, it'd be awesome to have one or two patio loungers, we saw and experienced other condos with loungers and they are great

Small Family

This condo was great for a family of 8 adults and 1 infant (4 couples) Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Highly recommend. Did not disappoint. Beds were very comfortable, enough pillows. Only downfall was that floors were dirty and had to clean after seeing crawling infant getting dirty upon arrival...nothing we couldn’t correct

HILL VACATION

Great Stay

We had a great time….the condo was beyond fabulous…will definitely be back….liked it so much wanted to come back with my sisters but it was booked solid…..will keep trying for end of summer
