Our condo is perfectly situated on the 22nd floor at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, King bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 6.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This condo is beautiful! My family and I completely enjoyed our stay! The condo was so spacious and clean. It was just as the listing showed and the beds were super comfortable! The view from the balcony was amazing! The lazy river was the kids fave! The slide was fun and the beach access was so easy! We will definitely be back next summer!

Great location!

We enjoyed our girls trip! The condo was very well maintained and clean. Beautifully decorated and the balcony was large and a peaceful way to watch the dolphins play. Easy beach access. Kitchen is very well equipped and the ice machine in the wet bar was an added bonus! Only issue with the condo we could say was that the windows in both bedrooms are hallway facing. While not necessarily an issue, The sheer curtains made for some very bright nights and you could see people in the hallways through them. Blackout curtains and/or blinds would be a great addition and would solve that complaint. Unfortunately, the jellyfish had taken over the gulf shoreline while we were there making it extremely difficult to swim. This obviously has nothing to do with the condo just wanted to mention. We would certainly book this place again.

The condo was awesome!

We have been vacationing in OBA for nine years and love the area. We booked this condo and it was amazing. Clean, well decorated and in a very convenient location! The only thing that I would recommend is for the owner to replace the bedroom drapes with black out curtains; the lights from the hallway lit up the bedrooms like it was day time!! Made it very hard to sleep.

First condo experience

This property was everything it said it was. I’d never stayed in a condo on the beach, having stayed in houses prior. I was worried that the elevators and getting back and forth would be slow. Not so. It was a very mild inconvenience a couple of times but nothing much at all. The condo was well kept and clean. It was modern and well furnished with needed cooking essentials and such. The view from the balcony was amazing and you could see everything happening on the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kids even said the sofa bed was comfortable as well. Plenty of tv options for afternoon breaks from the beach and late at night. The only change I would ask the owners to make is in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have windows that face the hallway outside. The lights in this hallway are never turned off or dimmed. The light from the hallway gets through the curtains a ton. The addition of blackout curtains could fix this easily. I would bring my kids back to this condo again in a heartbeat.

Fun Summer Trip

We had a great stay with teens and grandparents. The condo felt luxurious and was comfortable. I would suggest blinds on the bedroom windows. I would also suggest higher quality toiletries or none at all. More toilet paper and dish soap.
