    Come see why this 16th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!
    Our condo is perfectly situated on the 16th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with wine cooler, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master and 2nd bedroom, and two Queen beds in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 12.

    There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
    Zeke's Marina is directly across the street offering deep sea fishing and 2 restaurants and ice cream shop.
    Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.     10 Area Golf Courses for any level player.

    Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The condo was great! There was lots of room, and it was very clean. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels, and there were a few beach toys available for the kids to play with. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Orange Beach! It was the perfect size for our group and offered beautiful views of both the beach and the bay. The condo was clean and well-maintained, although the bedding showed a little wear. The location was excellent, with plenty of great restaurants, shopping, and activities just minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book this condo again!

Perfect Condo

We arrived and were very impressed with the layout and space. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was spotless. We had a great week on the beach. The lazy river and the slide in the pool were big hits. Top of the list for our next stay in Orange Beach.

The condo was very clean and comfortable, and it had sufficient open areas for our families. it was located on a nice beach, and it had great views. I thought it was overpriced, however, at more than 4300 for just 3 nights. There was a tropical storm approaching, but we were not allowed a refund, so the first two days we had to stay indoors and not use the beach or pools. I feel there needs to be an adjustment on this policy if severe storms are approaching. I would have liked to postpone the trip. The desk clerk was rude when we asked questions. The management was not cooperative when asked about the slide and splash park, and the lady was quite rude with me. Their policy was to close the indoor pool when the outdoor pool was closed, which I don't understand because it is completely enclosed away from bad weather. The condo itself, however, was very nice for our group of twelve.

I thought everything was great but felt the floors were not cleaned very well. Found small items under the bed left from previous person(small toy). Well stocked condo with enough dishes and cooking items for the entire group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a corner unit, so it was very quiet. The views were incredible, and access to the pool/lazy river/water slide is amazing. We visited the beach and the lazy river every day. The only negative was cleanliness. Every dish/piece of cookware/utensil was dirty and needed to be washed before use. Sand in the beds led us to believe that sheets may not have been washed. Every "extra" blanket had food/something else caked onto it. Luckily, it washed out, so we were able to use them.
