Welcome to the Gulf Coast in this beautifully decorated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located in the gated community of Palm Harbor in Orange Beach. Palm Harbor is a close-knit community that features a fishing pier on Cotton Bayou, tennis court, and outdoor swimming pool. Additionally, there is deeded beach access directly across the street and a deed boat slip.

The stylish coastal eclectic décor will immerse you and yours into living the coastal dream while on vacation. The home reflects modern times by offering guests well-maintained countertops, name brand appliances, a breakfast bar w/ 6 stools, dishwasher, commercial grade ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking basics. Create lasting family memories while enjoying a meal together at the home’s large 6-person dining room table. Located off the dining space, guests will find a covered balcony area with stairs leading to the ground floor.

Unlike others, Palm Harbor provides guests with two master suites. The main level master suite offers guests 1 King Bed with an adjoining bathroom that provides his and her sinks, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. The second level master suites offer an additional King Bed with adjoining bathroom that also provides his and her sinks and a walk-in shower. Both master suites provide large walk-in closets.

The other two bedrooms are also upstairs. Bedroom 3 consists of two bunk bed sets (total of 4 Twin Beds.) Bedroom 4 offers guests 2 Queen Beds. Bedroom 3 and 4 are joined together by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The bathroom offers double sinks with a Shower/Tub combo.

Enjoy each other’s company in the living area with the home’s large flat-screen TV or take-in the area’s views from the balcony which is accessible through the living room. No need to stress over laundry or settle fights over the TV. This home offers a total of 4 flat-screen Smart TVs with cable, and this home offers a full-size washer and dryer. Towels/washcloths are provided. Therefore, leave the stress at home and enjoy your stay!

Amenities include-two car garage, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, outdoor community pool, pier, private balcony, tennis court, washer/dryer, and deeded boat slip. *Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
