The dazzling living room looks out to the private balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of America. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the salty air. Relax after a day on the beach in the plush couch (which also doubles as a sleeper sofa) or two cozy recliners and large flat screen TV in the living area. Drink your morning coffee out on the private balcony while listening to the waves break below. Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats six for a family meal. Additional seating of four at kitchen bar. Well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a home-cooked meal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The delightful main bedroom features a king bed with light flowing in from the private balcony sliding glass doors. The ensuite main bathroom has a large double vanity with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a king size bed. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two double beds. The third bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

The complex DOES require parking passes and charges $38/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo.

There is one reserved covered parking space that is marked with unit number. The second vehicle must park outside the garage in unreserved spaces. Max of two vehicles allowed.
