Turquoise Place est la premiÚre propriété de luxe de la cÎte du golfe. Turquoise Place 1206D est un 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains unité Gulf Front avec accÚs au balcon privé du salon et la chambre principale. Détendez-vous et profitez de la vue imprenable depuis votre bain à remous privé situé sur votre balcon donnant directement sur le golfe. Ce grand balcon est également équipé d'un gril à gaz.

La chambre principale a un lit king et la grande salle de bain principale est équipée d'un jacuzzi et d'une douche à l'italienne séparée. La deuxiÚme chambre a un grand lit, TV à écran plat, lecteur DVD Blue Ray et salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi. La troisiÚme chambre a aussi un grand lit, TV à écran plat, lecteur DVD Blue Ray et salle de bain privée avec une douche à l'italienne carrelée. Cette unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.

Votre cuisine entiÚrement équipée comprend des comptoirs en granit, un réfrigérateur Sub Zero et un refroidisseur à vin.

Turquoise Place offre d'innombrables commodités qui comprennent une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, des piscines intérieure et extérieure, une riviÚre lente, un sauna, un hammam, 2 bains à remous intérieurs, des courts de tennis et une salle de sport. The property was very nice. The only critiques we had was that the carpet needed to be cleaned and the shower door in the master bath needed to be repaired. Everything else was wonderful.

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed the property at Turquoise. The amenities were plentiful which made the stay a great value. Everything we needed was supplied and we truly enjoyed the décor of this particular unit. There were a couple of things they can tweak or replace to make this property 100% and I will send those to property manager. These will definitely not stop us from a return trip to this unit. Looking forward to our next trip to Orange Beach!!!

This was a great condo for my daughter’s birthday party. I took her and several of her friends for a long weekend. They had a great time and I was able to relax.

Good location, poor management

Turquoise Place is beautiful but this unit is managed by Liquid Life very poorly. The icemaker was broken when we arrived and was never fixed. After 4 days, they promised to bring ice, this happened twice in 7 days. They confirmed a sleeper sofa was in the unit but there was none. Pictures also don’t match furniture. Property management company was not easy to contact and did not take care of issues. They offered a refund of $50/day but reduced that offer after we checked out. Overall great location and unit but should be managed properly.

Great location & plenty of space. Hot tub on patio was an excellent bonus. Definitely would stay there again. Only bad thing I would say is that the carpets could use a steam cleaning.

Almost perfect...almost

We have been staying at Turquoise Place for several years now and have loved each stay. We loved this one too and rated it a 5/5, but I have one request - please update your photos of the current furniture setup. A minor issue for us was the lack of the recliners shown in the original photos. We chose this particular unit for two reasons. One, I loved the bold, colorful decor but second and most importantly for me at that time, was that it had recliners. Imagine my disappointment when we arrived to find that the recliners were no more. The place was still lovely and the new furniture itself was comfortable for most everyone. It was just that I had a medical issue with my knee that required keeping it at a certain angle for comfort and a recliner allowed for that. So not having a recliner meant it was a little more difficult to totally relax during our stay. So please update your photos so that others can see what they are getting.

Lovely with scattered disappointments

The condo is beautiful with exquisite interior design and a fantastic view. Some of the furnishings were different than those pictured, i.e. the couches and the dining room set, but still wonderful. There are great extras like the ice machine, wine cooler and high-end fridge. The W/Ds are installed backwards which is troublesome. Disappointments: the hot tub was out due to Legionnaires Disease and the jacuzzi tub was broken. Upside - lazy river, beach, facility hot tub and indoor pool

Needs Alot of Attention!!

The photos online-Beautiful and Our first steps walking in Beautiful-......But nothing after that was pretty! This condo needs so much attention -here we go...Dirty carpet, I mean black traffic areas, the freezer did not freeze so our ice cream melted, microwave broken, stove hood did not work, took oven over 30 minutes to heat oven, master bath shower head full of mold, shower glass door did not close so water puddled outside of the door, the MB closet had a dirty rug stored in there, the closet carpet had not been vacuumed, no dressers in guest or master bedroom for clothes, the guest bedroom had 2 large beds so you could not even get to the closet to store your clothes and this closet was dirty also-more stored rugs, no blankets or extra pillows, the guest rooms were dark-poor lighting, the patio was nice but the furniture cushion were overused and very dirty.

We love Turquoise Place! We’ve never had a room that we didn’t love, and this condo was no exception! The decor was high end, very comfy beds, and plenty of kitchen accessories to make ourselves at home and cook our favorite summer meals! Overall great space, but the owner needs to fix some of their stuff ASAP.

Overall great space, but the owner has to fix some broken appliances and some tile. The “subzero” Freezer didn’t freeze anything and maintenance was called and it’s still not fixed. The masters jet tub is broke and we weren’t told until the day we checked in. Two tiles in master shower are separated from the rest of the floor. Very large space and nice but these items need to be fixed ASAP, kind of a let down bc of the price we paid for the room.

Nice property

Size and layout of this condo is great. The condo is decorated well. . Both recliners are broken and don’t work. The balcony furniture is old and worn out and needs to be replaced. Other than that, the condo was very nice.

It was still pretty good

After a decade if renting at The Turquoise, D 1206 was the only unit not in good shape. It was still okay and we had a good time, but it alters our expectations of the “best place ever”. Outdoor furniture was dated and cushions should be thrown away. Nice reclining sofa did not work nor did the master bathtub that several in my family dream of during the year. Cool mirror with little waterfall did not work (we did not need it, but it seems like it would work if it was there) and the microwave would barely open. Again, we made it work and had a good time, but If we continue to be open to paying more for Turquoise than any other place down here - we expect it to be better than average. See you next year (or this Summer) and I’ll bet we are pleasantly surprised as usual.

Wish we could have stayed forever...

An excellent vacation rental. The view? Perfect. Location? Perfect. Amenities in unit? Top of the line. Amenities on property? Awesome. The property management company keeps you updated via text re: check in, needs, check out which is very handy. Nothing was disappointing about this property except that we couldn't stay longer. I hesitate to say "you should stay here" because then it may not be available for us!
