With over 1,800 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar, sink, ice machine, a desk and chair everything you need to make a good drink. The living room has a 85” flat screen SMART TV in living room to watch those sports events on and flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master bedroom and a 65" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a recliner chair that you can read your favorite book or just take a nap, two Queen beds with Tempur-Pedic in the 2nd bedroom, a King bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a Twin Murphy Chair bed with a Memory Foam mattress in the 3rd bedroom and a Murphy Console Queen bed in the living room for sleeping up to 13. Plus, we have a Queen AIR Mattress for the living room(if needed).

There 2 HUGE zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to 2 lazy rivers, 2 large splash pads, 2 heated in-door swimming pool, 2 large jacuzzi, 2 state-of-the-art fitness centers overlooking the Gulf. You can watch the Dolphins Swimming by while you are working out.

There is a 25-year-old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one-time fee of $60 per vehicle. Our 3 br unit at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk on the Lobby 2nd floor will in Tower 1 will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season. You and guests have got to wear bracelets while on property.
