La deuxième chambre offre un lit King et la troisième chambre a également un lit King. Les sols Enclave 603, Internet sans fil gratuit, téléviseur à écran plat LG 55 pouces et lecteur DVD Blue Ray dans le salon, un bar avec machine à glaçons, une grande laveuse et une sécheuse, une cuisine entièrement équipée en acier inoxydable appareils et un Keurig, et balcon privé. Perfect location with ocean view and directly on the beach. The pool is super nice. Condo is very spacious. We loved it here and hope to return!

Condo was clean and well maintained. Access to beach was easy--views were great.Walking distance to several restaurants and Wal Mart. Had a great Leave and Take room at elevator. Was very helpful for stuff that you really didn't want to buy. Took back at the end of day for someone else. Had seen several reviews about parking being bad. Had to pay 50 for one parking space but didn't have any issues to get a spot. We only had one vehicle. Gave good info on what they gave as a start-up and what to do at check-out.Check-in was 4:00. Gave the key-pad info at 3:30.Over-all we were happy with our stay.

Great Stay Again

2nd year in a row we have stayed here for New Years Eve. Condo was great and perfect for 3 couples based on beds in each room. Will stay here again!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! It was perfect! The master bedroom with the HUGE bathroom and jetted tub and shower was wonderful! The location and pricing was spot on as well. Would definitely rent this one again! :)

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable as well. The bathrooms were also large and made getting ready easier than normal. The air conditioning was cooling well when we got there, but that issue was addressed and resolved very quickly. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!

Family vacation

This condo was amazing! We looked and looked for a condo that had 3 bedrooms with king size beds. We didn’t expect to find one, then when we did, we certainly didn’t expect it to be so beautiful and roomy!! It was such a beautiful place and so serene and peaceful! We loved it and hope to come back again and stay in this very room!!

Family Getaway

The location was perfect. We had an amazing week. Small issue with televisions and dryer. Management was very responsive. Televisions on 2 bedrooms could use an upgrade to smart televisions.

Floors were dirty couldn’t walk barefoot without being black. Baby couldn’t clawl on floors

Liquid Life was good sent someone over to fix broken shower door and clean mold off shower and recaulk it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved it! There were 2 suggestions- the shower doors in yellow room are very difficult to move and all the trays on the refrigerator door were all broken. We reported it and it did not impact our stay.

Good and the bad

The condo, location and beach was just right. The parking on the other hand is terrible. There is not enough parking for the people that rent the properties. Monday thru Thursday night you can park at the Fairfield Inn, which is about 3 blocks from the hotel and you have to pay to park. Upon arriving the parking security told me if we got a parking spot we might want to uber everywhere we went. We had kids that ranged from 16-2, plus there was10 of us. Condo would be great but parking kills it.

Property was great. The yellow bathroom needs maintenance on the shower door and shower head. The inside shower door fell out when attempting to move it and the shower head sprayed water on the outside when we moved up. Not a huge big deal for us. Just want you to be aware. Thank you!

Annual Church Trip

The condo was gorgeous! The beds were all very comfortable. Each of the bathrooms were very spacious. Each bedroom and bathroom felt like it was the master. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well. Plenty of seating in the dining room and in the living room. The view from the balcony was just gorgeous! It is located perfectly close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The check-in and checkout was fast and easy. We had to call the management team about the oven handle and one of the balcony doors. They responded very promptly. The repair man was very fast and courteous. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Kitchen has everything you will need so that was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone and great view from the balcony. Parking could be a pain and the security guard will tell you all about it. There was a leak in the condo above ours that made it so we had fans blowing constantly to dry it and walked into that with a heads up. One really negative thing was the pull out couch! It is falling apart and had mold on the underside of it. It should be replaced and not counted as a place to sleep until then, and I did inform them about that.
