ArrĂȘtez de chercher! vous venez de trouver l'hĂ©bergement idĂ©al pour vos vacances. Vous allez adorer cette unitĂ©. L'Enclave comprend des plafonds de 9 pieds et des moulures couronnĂ©es. Plus de 1800 pieds carrĂ©s, pont compris.

La suite principale du golfe avant a un lit king-size, TV écran plat 39 pouces. La salle de bain principale comprend une double vasque, un dressing, un placard à linge, une baignoire jacuzzi, une douche séparée. La deuxiÚme suite a un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat de 39 pouces et une grande salle de bain avec placard, baignoire / douche. La troisiÚme suite a un lit Queen, salle de bain attenante avec douche et écran plat 32 poucesTV. Le salon comprend une télévision connectée à écran plat de 65 pouces avec lecteur DVD complet et systÚme audio Bose. La cuisine complÚte avec tous les gros appareils ménagers, l'argenterie et la vaisselle. Barre humide, laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité, fer et planche et aspirateur. Apportez votre ordinateur portable, Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit.

Des grillades en plein air pour les nuits oĂč vous voulez simplement rester et vous dĂ©tendre.

L'Enclave se trouve juste en face de l'Ă©picerie Winn Dixie, des magasins et des restaurants. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour faire l'Ă©picerie, manger et s'amuser!

L'Enclave ne compte que 69 unités. Propriété privée. Pas d'attente pour l'ascenseur.

Great location,nice condo

The condo was very clean and just as pictured online. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was nice and we used it quite a bit with our grandkids. One major problem: NO PARKING! It's advertised as two parking spots per condo. That is an outright lie. There are 70 condo spaces and 70 parking spots. They give everyone two passes, so it's a scramble everyday to try to park if you go anywhere. We had to pay to park at another location, spending 200 to have our car a block away from us.That was stressful with two very young children to take everywhere.

Nice condo, but very modest amenities

We had 5 adults staying at the condo. Very nice location and beach was beautiful. Wonderful views from the balcony. One of the beds needs a new mattress as it was sagging in the middle. The master suite needs new sheets as the fitted one would not stay on the mattress. Very few extras, which are not required but always appreciated, including kitchen towels ( only had 2), no towels for beach or pool. Parking was a big concern as it is not guaranteed and we were there for The Sands in My Boots concert and it was very busy. I reached out to the property manager about this but received no reply. We ended up not using our vehicle and ubering or walking everywhere because of this.

Helpful review for wheelchair users!

Pros FOR ANYONE *Great views from balcony *Great location *Condo was clean *Condo was exactly as depicted in pictures *Host was very easy to work with and responsive both prior to and during our stay Pros FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS: *Fast elevator access *Zero step entry to condo *Nice boardwalk to beach if you have a beach wheelchair *3 accessible parking spots Cons: FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS: *Condo was listed as “wheelchair accessible”. For anyone in a wheelchair looking to rent, please be advised the doorways to two of the bathrooms were not wide enough for a wheelchair to go through. The (second bedroom) bathroom was wide enough but the actual toilet and bathtub/shower combo were through a second door and there was not enough room for a wheelchair to get by the toilet to the tub. *Beds are extremely high for someone needing to transfer from a wheelchair. *Very difficult for someone in a wheelchair to use sinks. *The threshold out to the balcony is too high for someone to access the balcony in an electric chair. My husband is in a manual chair and was able to get on the balcony by popping a wheelie over the threshold. *Pool is listed as wheelchair accessible, but there is no lift. It’s a zero entry pool but for someone who cannot walk and doesn’t have a “water chair” that isn’t very helpful. Overall this is a nice place to stay for able-bodied individuals. The host gave us suggestions to try and accommodate the bathroom situation which was appreciated!

This property was exactly as described!! Beautiful and very clean. Beds were super comfortable and the condo had all kinds of extra amenities. The walk to the beach was super close too!!

The unit was great but we had an issue with the clothes dryer. The owner did her very best to have it repaired. We had no trouble parking but in busier times I see that it would be hard. When we left today people were parked on the curbside. Overflow parking needs to be added at no charge to renters

Weekend Getaway

We had such a great weekend
was too short though. This condo was well decorated and clean. We were close to everything
groceries, souvenirs, restaurants and ice cream. Beach staff was professional and helpful. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We will book again
hopefully sooner rather than later.

We had a group of moms and daughters for this trip. Condo was lovely, well stocked and clean. Everything worked as expected. Balcony is a little small for the number that it sleeps but other than that no complaints. We enjoyed this condo and would stay here again.

Nice condo; parking is a problem

This condo is very nice, accommodates 10 guests, roomy enough for my family of 8 adults. They simply don't have enough parking spots available for the amount of units. Some people will have to leave their vehicles across the street at a hotel parking lot and pay extra for that. We were first advised to drive around the parking lot and wait for others to leave then take their spots; that is not my idea of a fun way to spend time on vacation. Although the owner allowed us to use her owner's parking spot for one of our vehicles, we still had difficulties finding a spot for the other vehicle. This building has 2 elevators, we were lucky that at all times at least one was working!

Parking was difficult

The condo is nicely decorated and roomy for the six of us. Great view of the beach and nice deck to sit and watch the waves come in. Nice new pool that the grandkids loved. When we arrived, we took off sandals and walked thru the condo and ended with dirty feet. The towels in the bathroom were not enough--2 bath towels, one hand towel and one face cloth per bathroom, and only one kitchen towel. Normally it is twice that amount whenever we have rented a condo before for a week. We contacted the owner and explained the dirty floor and the shortage of bath towels. She contacted the maintenance company but they never showed up--probably like everywhere else--not enough employees. The shower on the pier was broken. The complex needed to be clean regularly. There were a couple days where we only had one elevator. Cleaning around the elevators and hallways was somewhat neglected. The Parking at the complex is a BIG issue. There are not enough parking spaces this time of the year. Overflow parking was a parking lot about 1/4 mile away that cost each day. We we warned if we park at the Walmart across the street-our vehicle will be towed. A real inconvenience. There was actually a fight over a parking space where the police had to be called. This is the reason the condo receives only an OKAY rating. I would rent this place again in off-season, but not high season.

GREAT property!

Due to COVID we had to cancel our first reservation
the property owner was so easy to work with that when we were able to book a family vacation I went back to the same VRBO listing. The location is close many restaurants and attractions it makes it perfect for a family vacation! If all goes well, we’ll book again for 2024! 😎

Good but...

CHECK FOR RENOVATIONS BEFORE BOOKING. I booked after ensuring that was an on-site, outdoor pool, only to find that when I arrived, it was closed for renovations. The beach access was also closed, so we had to walk to the main, busy road with our small children to get to a boardwalk to the beach. Our host was great and did her best to accommodate us and offset the lack of advertised amenities. The room, view, furniture, facilities, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. were all wonderful. Had the pool and beach access been open, this would have been a perfect 10.
