You will have full access to Turquoise Place C1805 and amenities to both towers. Turquoise Place amenities include multiple indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, water slide, splash pad, lazy river, tennis & pickle ball courts, putting green, kid's playground, games, fitness center, sauna & steam rooms, electric car charging, beach chair rental and of course direct access to the beach!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Parking: The fee for two parking passes for the duration of your stay is included in the fees for your reservation. Should you need an additional parking pass, please communicate this to us PRIOR to your check-in date. The parking pass fees must be collected before arrival. The third/fourth cars are to be parked in the overflow parking lot at $30 per night.
*The following types of vehicles are prohibited in all lots: RVs, campers, trailers, buses, boats, jet skis, off road vehicles, or any vehicle which, at the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts COA, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate. Clearance for all parking lots is 6'8".
- Hot tubs: Turquoise Place HOA does a daily check of the hot tubs in every unit. This is mandatory during your stay. The technicians come for 5-10 minutes during daytime hours. Although we don't anticipate the hot tub being closed during any guest's stay there is always a possibility should there be an issue with chemicals, etc. *For 2026 the regularly scheduled drain/refill is the 9th of each month, the hot tub will be unusable for one day
- We do require a $750 damage deposit hold on your credit card that will be automatically released seven days after your stay if no damage occurs during your stay
