When you arrive:
All guests must sign-in with the front office to obtain parking passes and up to 8 bracelets (max occupancy); one for each member of your party that must be worn while on the property.

Parking notes: Parking passes are purchased on-site for up to 2 vehicles. Attendants accept CARDS ONLY. After hours, if there is no attendant, Guests must sign-in & pick-up passes immediately the following morning. Parking Passes are controlled and rates determined by the COA and are subject to change at any time (currently $50 per vehicle for your entire stay). No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.

We could not have asked for a better place for our family to stay for our vacation. We took out 2 older kids with us and we all had a wonderful time. The condo was so cozy and perfect for us. The beach was beautiful. The location was perfect for food and close to many fun activities. We would stay again.

Successful First Trip to Orange Beach

Generational family trip. We had a great time. Location was perfect with all the amenities we needed. Grandparents enjoyed master bedroom suite, early morning walks on the beach, and the balcony views. Kids enjoyed convenience of beach access with outdoor shower and water for cleaning up. Grandkids (age 3-7) loved it all. Bunk room perfect for grandkids. The pool was a hit too because it is in the shade for afternoon swims and break from the sun. Very family friendly atmosphere. Never felt overcrowded at condo even over holiday weekend. Everything was exactly as stated and seen in the pictures. Brett was great to answer all my questions in a timely manner prior to the trip. We encountered no problems while we were there. Thank you.

Awesome Condo with Amazing View

Condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing view. The condo was just as described with everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and left communication open if anything was needed upon arrival. Sitting on the balcony was very relaxing and we also enjoyed breakfast and lunch overlooking the gulf. I will definitely reserve this condo again.

Reconnect with family

We were a group of 5 adult family members reconnecting after a few years as we are spread out across the country. Ample room for us all. Views are as advertised. Sunrises from the beach or the balcony were awesome. Centrally located. Well supplied kitchen. Condo very clean and well kept. We had a beautiful week of pleasant weather. Property well maintained, plenty of parking, easy access to and from. Overall a very pleasing experience and would recommend this location. Owner/host contacted us the day prior to arrival to welcome us and answer any questions and was available if/when needed. A truly 5 star experience.

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and the walk to the beach is extremely short. We picked this place so the grandparents could have an easy walk to see the grandchildren. It was perfect for that. They could also watch from the balcony. The owner (Brett) was very nice and helpful. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend.

Weekend Trip

Everything about the trip was excellent! The ease of booking, The friendliness of the property Management as well as personal communication with owner! Property was well kept and clean! The Condo unit was clean, organized and well kept!. Nicely furnished and appealing! . The only issue was that it had a smell- maybe due to moisture or unseen mold that may contribute to that smell! Tight, musty smell We could never get rid of it even with Febreze and because it was requested to keep balcony doors shut due to climate controlled units in the condo, so airing it out was not an option!. All the rooms had very small TV's accept the Living room The kids room TV would not be able to be seen by the child in lower bunk bed due to position on the wall and remote did not work the volume! But over all we enjoyed it and will rebook the unit! Condo owner pleasant and found was easy to communicate as well as the Office Manager- Gary Sanders!- Great to see you old claasmate!

Perfect Beach Condo Getaway

Our stay at this beach condo was nothing short of perfect. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the pristine beach, allowing us to enjoy sunrise strolls and sunset views right from the comfort of the property. The condo itself is beautifully updated, with modern decor that adds a fresh and welcoming vibe to the space. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the cozy furniture to the well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. The entire condo was spotless upon arrival, giving us peace of mind to fully relax and enjoy our stay. The amenities were exactly as described in the listing, if not better. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation, from beach chair rental included to a fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the property manager was seamless and prompt. They were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out, and everything in between. The accuracy of the listing is spot-on; there were no surprises, just pleasant confirmations that what you see is exactly what you get. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Loved the location, very well stocked with needed items for cooking, bed was comfortable loved washer and dryer was able to keep towels washed up, was t had big has the pictures made it seem but we managed with & there for a few days. Had to buy 4 parking passes during the entire stay for family members leaving and others coming in not interchangeable. Overall great vacation

Location and views!

We stayed for a mom trip and enjoyed our week! The hosts were very responsive when we booked and gave us all the info on amenities so we didn’t have to over pack. The Keurig saves you from having to pack coffe and filters, blender and crockpot in the hall closet, and the rest of the kitchen was well stocked. Sunset views are amazing and the boardwalk is VERY short, so quick trip to beach!

One of the best finds in Orange Beach!

This condo was everything promised and more! The owner is very helpful and instantly accessible, but you won't need him! The condo itself is very clean and beautiful, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. Access to the beach was great with only a few steps and much closer than other condos in the area. Overall this place rates superior over other condos in the area!
