Cette unité du 6e étage dispose de nouveaux planchers de tuiles partout et dispose d'un canapé-lit et le siège de l'amour dans le salon Il y a plat de Sceen de dans le salon, près de la plage chambre principale et chambre d'hôtes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour prepaing repas. Vous pourrez profiter de la vue imprenable depuis le golfe de police balcon juste à côté de la salle de séjour. Sunswept est situé directement sur la plage de sucre blanc qui vous sépare des eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Ce condo Orange Beach est seulement six miles à l'est de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Vous trouverez des magasins modernes directement dans la rue. Eglises, les 10 premiers de golf de classe, et la pêche se trouvent à seulement quelques minutes en voiture.

Vacation

This was absolutely one of that best condos we ever stayed in. It is exactly how it is described and even so much better in person. Super easy check in, and check out. Ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. The entire complex is the cleanest I ever seen, well kept. You are close to shopping and restaurant, and out door activities. Highly recommend.

Condo by the Ocean

We enjoyed out stay immensely. Our only complaint was the Livingroom furniture...it was quite uncomfortable, especially for two people with back problems. We felt very much at home in this condo.

A vacay for the books!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Proximity of the condo put us within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and WAL MART in Orange Beach. We were able to enjoy all of our Gulf Shores favorites within a 5 minute drive, and make new Orange Beach faves. We also drove over into FL for Lotto tix. Again, proximity to Perdido is just as easy (or easier) as Gulf Shores. We loved the more family vibe of Orange Beach. As for the condo, it is obv an older facility. However, updates and care keep it from feeling that way. Very clean. The pool area was BEAUTIFUL and so well maintained - a grass area to play on was very neat. Shortest walk to the beach of any Gulf-front condo I’be ever stayed at. Very safe with gate codes to get in the pool area, on the beach area, etc. We loved that it’s a smaller facility. So, even full, the beach/pool/halls, etc did not feel crowded at all. Unit 602 supplied everything you could need - even beach chairs and umbrella!!! My only issue, and ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was that one of the two elevators was broken part of the trip. It got “repaired,” and immediately after, we witnessed two people (two separate incidents) waiting for the fire Dept to come get them because they got stuck in the elevator. Afterward, there was some confusion among management about whether it had been repaired. The water pressure and draining of the tubs/showers left a little to be desired. However, with all of that said, we will DEF be staying there again!! 🏖️

Nice Place, Needs a deep clean

We really enjoyed staying so close to the beach. The property needs some attention, but the pool was nice and well maintained and the access to the beach was great. The unit itself is obviously a nice place but is in real need of a deep cleaning. When we arrived, I was in white socks and bottoms of my feet were black with dirt from walking around unpacking. The smell of mildew and dirty surfaces made it feel just not as clean as we had hoped. We enjoyed our vacation very much, though.

The place was great. My only suggestion, is for the price spent, toilet paper and paper towels and dishwasher detergent should be supplied. The cost is minimal but should be included in the stay. At least more than 1 roll and 1 pkg dishwasher detergent. But, we loved the place and location and would definitely come back!!

I appreciate the call we received since we were arriving late. The room was comfortable. New cable service items were not working at first, but I got them running. Wireless service was listed as needing a password, but none was needed; this is a little concerning. Tap water tasted bad, so we would not drink it.

Great deal with an amazing view!

We stayed here for three nights during spring break. I chose this particular room for the amazing view and the nice updated decor. The location of the condo itself was very convenient and the private pool and beach were fantastic!

One of the best vacays I've had!

Literally the only thing I would change is the blinds going out on the balcony (there are a few shades missing). This property was lovely! I loved being able to sit on my balcony and watch the ocean and the people! Woke up each morning and saw dolphins. We went on a dolphin cruise. We drove to Dauphin Island. We really had a blast, and to be able to come "home" to such a nice place really made it all better!

This property has a great view and was very clean. My only complaint was the condition of the sofa and loveseat. They are stained and look run down. I would rent again if they were replaced. Also, bring your own dish towels and pot scrubber. There was only 1 towel for the kitchen and nothing to scrub with.

Summer Vaca 2019

Our unit (#602) was a spacious two bedroom condo which looked to be recently updated. The managers at Sunswept Condominiums were very helpful (taking care of a dryer issue quickly, actually the only issue we had). They made sure our stay was enjoyable. The property was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend it to others.
